It’s a great blessing to feel that your eyes are in good hands. Based on my first visit, not only were Dr. Garza’s competence and confidence clear, he was also extremely warm and personable. Directness and honesty wrapped in warmth, kindness, and reassurance. I also liked his office crew—low-key and competent as well. All in all, a good team to embark on this journey with.

Dr. Patel caught a few very scary things during a routine eye exam. I came in for broken glasses and just wanted a glasses prescription, but Dr. Patel took his time with me and made sure not only to test every little thing but also to explain things to me. I was secretly hoping he was wrong when I went to see an ophthalmologist per his referral, but the ophthalmologist confirmed his findings and I am now scheduled for urgent surgery. Many thanks to Dr. Patel for being thorough, kind, patient, and professional. If my glasses hadn’t broken earlier this week I wouldn’t have known about the serious issues I have going on. Very grateful to him.

Brett has very good customer service skills that are hard to find these days. He made my experience today fast and easy. He helped me order my contacts and made sure that I got the ones I wanted. He even had them shipped to my house. Thanks Brett I will definitely come back next year.

Dr Fung is a fantastic eye doctor - the best I've had. He regularly demonstrated his up to date knowledge in ophthalmic science, explains things in an easy to understand manner, and is sympathetic to his patients. I highly recommend him.

The atmosphere at this location is very unprofessional and low vibrational. Upon entry, there was hesitation with greeting and then when asking to look at the glasses in the enclosed vitrine, the staff delegated someone to stand at the door to supervise us. If this is standard practice, then that’s understandable but we were made to feel that it was very racially motivated. The lack of friendliness and desire to offer assistance was very loud and disturbing. It’s imperative to employ individuals who understand the importance of customer service and equality. No one should be made to feel uncomfortable when attempting to patronize a business. The receptionist was very empty and uninterested when these concerns were brought to their attention. Completely unacceptable.

Dr. Cervantes is very thorough and has never caused me to feel rushed. He is also friendly and I am comfortable talking with him. Also, the staff is absolutely the nicest group of folks. I am delighted to have been recommended to this practice.
