I came to Pearle Vision just to ask for help to get my two sunglasses to get adjusted. I called many places before calling Pearle Vision, and they were so kind to offer me to come in so they can help with my adjustments. Today, Brian helped me replace my nose pads to my sunglasses and also re-aligned another one, both free-of-charge! Not only did Brian help me fix these, he also educated me on how my previous optometrist didn't properly cut my lens. I will definitely be coming here moving forward with any eyewear needs!

They need to update their hours when I call they had appointments for 930am and on for Sundays. I got an appointment for 11am got there at 1030am and they still were closed. Maps says hours are from 9am-6pm. Thanks goodness I got an appointment for the time I did if not I would had to wait out side and woken up earlier for nothing.

Total waste of time. I came in 15 minutes before my appointment and waited till an hour past my appointment time. When I asked when I would be seen they kept saying just to wait and I'll be either next or after that. Staff was unfriendly and was not helpful in answering any questions. I would not recommend this place. I ended up walking out of my appointment because there was no end in sight. I also heard staff say they will close soon for lunch and I do not want my exam rushed or picking out frames to be rushed. DO NOT GO HERE Office also looks like a grauge sale

The front desk clerk was rude and racist

My daughter and I have been going to this place for years, spending in average 4k a year between the both of us, i called today to set an appointment for my daughters yearly checkup and suddenly i am told that i have to pay to secure a spot!!! Are you kidding me??? I know you want to make money… but stop ripping off your customers with stupid charges out of nowhere… i will look for a different place… not longer a place of my trust!

What a great experience!!! Very thorough!! As a 65 yo who has worn contacts since age 12, I have NEVER had sharper vision. Will make the trip from Huntsville again and again for excellent eye care.

Although they weren’t able to get me in, the woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and gave me advice on my eye accident that I was calling about. If it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t have seeked care so urgently and she potentially saved my eyesight.

Terrible service, I waited more than 2 hours for them to attend to me, I don't understand why they give appointments if they don't respect the schedule. One star is too much for this place!

Wow, where do I start? This was the best decision of my life, I have been in coke bottles for over 15 years. I was scared out of my mind when I walked through the doors, but the staff the doctors everyone was so nice and welcoming. I was mad late for my appt but the gentleman at the front doors was super nice and helpful. Everything was explained there were no surprises along the way. I went for a consultation on Tuesday 8/29 and I got my surgery on Wednesday 8/30 I had the best pain meds I went home had a great nap and I have been seen 20/20 ever since. If you wear Coke bottles as I did, this is the place for you to come to be able to throw them Coke bottles in the trash. Thank you to the Bala Cynwyd staff for making me feel comfortable and thank you to the Mt Laurel staff and surgeon. 🥰💃🏾👀🤩

I’ve gone two years in a row now and have had a wonderful experience, Dr. Adam Huff listens to my concerns, treats me with respect and doesn’t talk down to me. I’ve had multiple eye doctors in my life who didn’t listen or couldn’t help give me a prescription that actually helped my eyes, the staff is all so kind and friendly, I would recommend everyone here.
