Without a doubt the best optical store in the entire area - and I tried almost all of them. I was attended to by Julie, who went absolutely above and beyond. This is a family business with a soul, offering perfect professionalism without compromising the human element in their interactions. I had a somewhat complicated problem and they were the only ones that proved capable of resolving it. Saved my vacation. Gracias Julie! Te debo una.

Very good eye Doctor. Was able to make a correction that the previous 5 optometrist missed. Don’t overcharge and keep the eye exam simple without tacked on extras that you have to pay out of pocket for. Reasonable prices for in store frames.

I'm giving my experience with this a two only because the staff was professional and polite. Dr Wolf came through the door acting rude, with a strong air of racism. Assuming that I had no insurance. I would never recommend anyone to someone as arrogant , and unprofessional as him.

Great service and a great bunch of people here. Made going to the eye doctor a fun experience.

Low welcoming customer service. Misunderstanding with appointment time for half hour, were not polite enough to at least try to say if next patient doesn’t show maybe we can try to fit you in, if not will reschedule. But not at least try to fake it and make a patient feel that the patient is important. By the way there was nobody in waiting area. Sorry, but not coming back to this place. Maybe a dog has better value.

Everyone in this office is knowledgeable about eyes not just the Doctor. They have great frames in this office for your glasses. Appreciate the thorough explanation and information the Doctor shares with me.

Awesome place to go to for all your needs in regards to your vision. I came in with broken glasses and they were able to fix it for me. Free of charge. That was awesome. I highly recommend this place.

I’m transitioning care from one doctor to another. Called this office to see if they support my condition. They said yes. I made an appointment, came up to the office, and Monica left a message on my phone a couple days before I got here saying that they “can’t fill out paperwork because they haven’t seen me.” When I got to the office, the lady said, “Dr. Bhatia doesn’t fill out paperwork for any patient whatsoever.” When I said that was contradictory to what was stated on the voicemail, they started denying it. There’s nothing like a good accountability receipt, so check out the photo. Because they are willing to waste time and I’m hoping this review helps you not waste yours. Thank you for the best service. My parents are so happy that Dr. Kawecka is in Schaumburg. Thank you one more time and we will be back.
