I love Dr.Kraner and the office staff so much. Everyone is so helpful and so kind and it's always a very pleasant experience.

My mom already had one eye fine and is waiting for the second surgery, everyone is sweet and very patient with her as she has mobility, hearing and some cognitive issues at 83, Willy at Miramar office was specially nice and went above and beyond to get an accurate eye exam post op. They work in a bulk kind of setting but still have the thoughtfulness and kindness necessary

Dr. Leong was awesome! She was very thorough with my exam and took her time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend her!

Gone to them for over a decade. Amazing customer service, extremely personable and understanding. I have gotten 6 pairs of glasses from them, they do great with working with insurance. They have helped refit my frames a few time when they got bent out of shape same day as my appointments. I can not recommend them enough.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The Doc was great and he explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend them.

Good care, but extremely slow. Expect a 1 1/2 - 2 hour appointment just for a wellness eye exam.

Exam was great/Dr and all her assistance were efficient and testing went well. All tests were explained thoroughly prior to being given. Best and thorough Eye Exam I've had in a while. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
