The support staff, from arrival to departure were great! A very positive vibe. There was an unusually long wait, so I would have appreciated someone popping in to let me know. However, Dr. Ross was extremely pleasant and apologetic for the wait. Dr. Ross made me completely comfortable during the visit. Very professional and thorough.

Atlantic Eye was very accommodating, working around my schedule and fitting me in as soon as available. The doctor is knowledgeable in what he does. He suggested something totally different than what I was used to for contact lenses and absolutely love them. All of the staff are pleasant, the facility is nice, welcoming, and bright. Glad I made the switch.

My first experience at a Dr's office that I was not disappointed. Dr and the manager Uma as well as staff were excellent. The technology was above standard and made me feel like I was getting what I needed. The staff was very friendly and helped me choose what glasses fit me, as well as getting me sized. I am excited to use my glasses now knowing it is the right fit for me. Thank you!

I had a very positive experience as always. All of the staff is very professional and helpful. The office runs smoothly and on time. Dr Schoene is very thorough. She explains everything as she goes along and gives the patient time to ask questions. She treats you as an individual and takes interest in you.

Beth (yes, she shares my name! ) was extremely attentive and helpful. She assisted me in finding frames that suit the needs of my unusual prescription. Her expertise and customer care showed and made my shopping experience a delight. I will definitely return to the Urbandale SuperTarget location.

Came in for some glasses and they only billed medical my eye exam but had me pay out of pocket for the lenses when they were supposed to bill that to medical as well. Beware of these scammers. It’s been over a month and haven’t received my refund for the lenses

Called to make an appointment this morning (second try). No answer, again. Called back. Woman who answered was very curt and annoyed and asked if I would hold. So I held for about 15 mins until I heard someone click back on, and then they hung up. If they can't manage to receive incoming calls, I question how professional the remainder of the interaction would be.

I can’t say enough nice things. After a bad experience at our local eye doctor, our pediatrician wanted a second opinion and send us to a pediatric eye doctor 2 hours away in Fayetteville. Dr. Bonaparte is amazing. She is the only doctor who can get my high needs son to cooperate and she is so calm and kind with him. She is a blessing and I wish more doctor’s would use this approach. The staff are all very kind and courteous. We messed up our appointment date and came two days early, and they still accepted us within minutes. The office is very clean and nice. The children’s play area is a wonderful bonus for us parents with wild children 😊 This is well worth the 2 hour trip each way.

Handsome guy. Awesome accent. I always feel that he's rushing through my exams. I.e. " which is better. 1 or 2? I can't tell that fast. He was very judgemental of our American diet. He made the right choice when he referred our family to specialists. His staff is very pushy about selling Frames. They don't always have the best selection. He's much better than Lens Crafters.

If the two receptionists could smile or a little nicer to me, I would give them 5 stars. The optometrist is great.

Came here for contacts and the doctor wanted to check my glasses (which I purchased elsewhere) - and ended up ruining them. She's a nice lady, but I told her they weren't from here but she was being super nosy anyway. Has been causing strain on my eyes/headaches since - so I'd caution not to be pressured into doing something you are not comfortable with when coming to this eyewear store - especially when it is irrelevant to your visit and if they were purchased elsewhere.
