Dr. Martin is great! He doesn’t rush, and he is thorough in everything he does! He is knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all of my questions. I feel I get the care that I need. He is always so pleasant, just a very nice person! All of the office staff I have encountered have not disappointed either. Doctor Martin & his staff are greatly appreciated! I always recommend him to everyone!

The staff are always so kind and so helpful. I have a hectic work schedule so them being so patient and understanding was important. I love how informative they are and their willingness to help find options that were suited for me. Definitely recommend!

I made an appointment at the very beginning of January for me and my daughter. I was very clear when I said this was just our yearly checkup. We were new patients, so I wasn't shocked when there was a little bit of a wait. However, the earliest they could get us in was 2 months out. 2 months go by, we get a call 2 days before the appointment, Saying the doctor, they scheduled with doesn't do maintenance and they aren't sure how we were put on that schedule. So, she wanted to reschedule. She said the next available isn't for another 3 weeks and that was doing us a favor. I am sure the doctor is great, but to wait over 2.5 months to get one appointment and to be told 2 days before they made a mistake, and we would have to wait longer is frustrating. I called another Different office/Doctor and they were able to fit us in the very next week. I should have done that from the very beginning.

This office has been so wonderful! I am a newer patient but have needed a few appointments already this month. About a month ago I was having some issues with my eyes and my PCP told me I needed to see the eye Dr as soon as possible. I called this office the same day I left the PCP and they got me right in, and the treatment the Dr recommended provided instant relief. They have been nothing but friendly and professional. They have been attentive and exremely accommodating. The Dr. is timely and personable. I have switched to this office for all of my eye care needs and it's been a great experience every visit. Highly recommend!

Dr Wendianne is the best! Our family has been with her for over 20 years and she has taken great care of us. My husband recently visited with an irritated eye and found out he had a tiny flake of metal in it. The doctor was able to easily and painlessly remove it, and asked me about it later to make sure it was healing. My daughter loves to try on all the frames, and the staff was very patient with her when she was afraid to put contacts in her eyes. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

I had a great experience at Eyeris Optical (아이리스 안경). This is a great place if you’re looking for quality eyewear and professional eye care service in a clean and comfortable setting. The shop is modern, well-organized, and easy to browse. There is a wide selection of frames, from classic styles to more trendy and fashion-forward options, making it easy to find something that fits your personal style. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to explain different lens options, frame choices, and helped with recommendations based on my needs. I really appreciated how detailed and professional the service was without feeling rushed. The overall process was smooth and efficient, from consultation to fitting. The store feels welcoming and trustworthy, which makes a big difference when choosing something as important as glasses. Overall, Eyeris Optical is a highly recommended optical shop with great customer service, quality frames, and a comfortable experience. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to others.

Unfortunately, this business perpetuates the stereotypes about minority owned businesses. I believe in supporting black businesses, so I looked around until I found one. My fault I did not read the reviews first. The customer service was not good, and the person who answers the phone was so insensitive. I received services when they were located in west end mall. I went back to get a copy of my RX, and they had closed the office without patient notice. So, I called and it took two days to call me back. I was informed that they are in transition from one office to the next. When I asked for a digital copy of my RX, they would only fax it. I had to go to a UPS store to receive the fax and twice it did not arrive after they say they faxed. I was told after the 2nd attempt, that is all they would do. I had to order contacts as well. I had to go back and forth with the lady because I had a new insurance and she wanted to argue that I had to use the previous insurance. She finally stopped arguing with me and processed the order. I WILL NOT use them again‼️

Very disappointing experience. The first pair of prescription glasses was made incorrectly, so I had to return them. The second pair still wasn’t fixed, everything remains blurry and I can actually see better without wearing the glasses. The staff seemed rushed and didn’t give proper attention to the issue. For something as important as eye care, this level of service is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I ended up wasting $720 on glasses I cannot use.
