Bad service -doctors so rude -unprofessional staff -discrimination-illiterate doctors

I agree Dr.Titone and his entire team very efficient and helpful. Recently facing some difficulties from their billing department to solve my major issues . With Anastheologist they didn't submit their claim to my Insurance on time. Delayed to submit the claim. For their negligence why should I pay $6100.00? Hope they solve my problems. Thanks Elizabeth helping me with is problems. Thanks. Have no intentions to switch Opthalmolgist. Eventhough I moved to Stamford,CT. I am sorry I am retired individual living alone can not afford to pay. Too stress and tremendous amount of pressure on me. Concerned about my own health I am a diabetic patient also. Please feeling very sad and depressed. Thinking why did I decided to go for this procedure. Now I have Medicare..

There was a lady in training who took 40 minutes to figure out if my insurance was covered. Then, her experienced peer came and told me I will have to wait till they take care of another customer. I waited for more than 40 min and expected sometime to tell me the time the process would need, especially when they only take in walk-ins. They should really train the employees in advance or atleast ensure someone else covers for the new hires if they need help. POOR EXPERIENCE!

I recently had an appointment scheduled at this office and unfortunately had a highly disappointing experience. I have been waiting 3 months for my daughter’s appointment in this office. I received a call from Letti the office staff and was told since my daughter’s insurance was changed I needed a new authorization. She went on to say that the new insurance said they would honor the appointment however she needed a confirmation from me that incase they don’t I would be responsible to pay out of pocket. The cost for just the appointment is 350.00 I am so angry because if they had called me a couple of days before and informed me of what was happening I would have had time to fix it. What was I to do at 3 pm on a Friday afternoon????? Not only were they unprofessional and rude, but The lack of respect for patients’ schedules is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the practice’s professionalism. I would strongly advise others to seek medical care elsewhere where their time and concerns are valued.

Allan is the best! Speedy service and he got us the best deals for our lenses. Very good variety of frames especially brands names. Definitely plan on returning.

Poor practice and money driven! I had GHI and the doctor told me that he could collect little money from GHI. He told me to go home and live with the vision problem that I had. Disgusted!

This place is a great example of what happens when the government and politicians take huge donations from corporations and permit a monopoly like Northwell to be the only game in town when it comes to medicine on Long Island. I took my mother there for her cataract surgery today and got there at 9:20 for her 9:30 am appointment. At 11:30 am they tried to take another patient who had a later appointment with her same doctor. When we complained they paused for 20 minutes only to determine that my mother was next. There is simply no reason to wait 2 hours when you show up on time and no reason for their staff to be so disorganized that they don't even know who is next. Having a surgery is stressful enough without having to sit for two hours and fight for your place in line. Of course, when she got inside her doctor had no idea what was even going on. This is a very sad state of affairs and I have zero confidence in Northwell. It's just a monopoly money making machine who doesn't care about its patients (in my humble opinion).

Miss-diagnosed my condition. Would not properly examine my eye that was injured in an accident. Wrongly guessed that I had a condition that was WAY out of his field of expertise

My mom and I have been seeing Dr. Oleinikov since 2017. During this time, we’ve always had excellent experiences & care with him. On more than one occasion he has gone out of his way to make sure we received the help we needed. I feel he is an exemplary doctor in whom I have total confidence. I find him very easy to talk with & appreciate that he always takes time to answer all my questions. At the end of each appointment he always asks me if there's anything else I want to ask him, never rushing me. Dr. Oleynikov is truly a compassionate, knowledgeable doctor who takes the health of his patients very seriously. Dr Oleinikov is amazing. His office is clean and professional. His front desk is caring and nice. i wish all doctor had his manner, intelligence, and most importantly kind heart.
