This is the worst office I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been trying since my March 11 appointment to get my contact prescription. I went on vacation right after my appointment, and Dr. Zvanut said he would have samples for me to try when I got back. But there was nothing for me and the office couldn’t find my contact prescription so I could order new contacts on my own. They are so unorganized. Their follow through is awful. I called the office three times. I reached out via the website three times and finally went in to the office to talk to them face to face. Four days later, I still hadn’t gotten a response. I called again today and will have to wait for a call back. Fingers crossed. 🤞

What a wonderful, eye doctor. Having worn glasses for well over 30 years, I have been to both good and bad places. This Lenscrafters was just wonderful. Everything was thoroughly explained, Everything was thoroughly cleansed and sanitary. Once I got in to see the doctor I wasnt rushed he went over each aspect of the exam and my glasses/contacts history. Then once it came to purchasing the glasses, that was a pleasant and informative experience as well. Absolutely outstanding service and care.

Wow, very clean, friendly staff. Efficient but attentive Dr. was most thorough exam I have had in a while and they totally nailed my new prescription. Frames selection is vast and high quality, though quite pricey. Great first visit!

Although most of the Foothill Optometry employees do little to impress me, this one visit in particular I met a very, very professional worker who did absolutely a great job in assisting me find a new pair of glasses. The worker, Chris, is very patient and bases himself around the customer’s needs. He answers questions in a very professional manner and the way he does things makes him seem like he cares a lot about his job. He also does measurements for a new pair of glasses, which is something other places don’t always do (in my experience). Again, he is a very kind and patient person, and very easy to communicate with. Thank you Chris!

The office visit for first time with Dr. Everson and his staff was so pleasant. I felt "in good hands" with my eye issues. Questions were answered thoroughly and looking forward to the next step of possible cataract surgery with Dr. Varvel.

I have been a Patient of Dr. Moeser for 20 years. I appreciate having had his continuity of care. He is personable, efficient and knowledgeable. He is current with Optometry trends and treatments which is very reassuring in placing my Eye Care in his hands.
