I thank God for Dr Carol Shields & her expertise! All the staff were super nice & considerate. Dr Shields was great & very nice. They are extremely thorough. My husband complained about the wait but I was totally prepared & patient because they explain to us on their website that the wait is long. They do what they have to do in the time they have to do it in. No one is slacking on the job. They are busy. & thorough with each patient & I appreciate them.

Ellie, was Awesome!! Great Attitude and smile. Wonderful person with Great Customer Service and Dr. T is a Great Doctor very detailed. She explains everything that took place in detail. My new place is Gateway!!! And the entire Staff are Beautiful women. Holla!!!!

Dr. Abraham is a wonderful and brilliant ophthalmologist. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. He truly cares about his patients and has excellent bedside manner. His staff is warm, friendly, and welcoming. His office is very clean and up to date with the newest testing and diagnostic equipment in his field. The office is also easy to find and has plenty of parking, which is important. Dr. Abraham is confident and also very good at explaining his diagnosis, treatment plan, and follow up. He does not rush you out the door and makes sure to answer all of your questions. He is very thorough with his examination. As a patient you feel that he truly is invested in helping you. I am very thankful for his care and could not recommend him more to anyone else considering becoming a patient.

Customer service was phenomenal but my husband and I were both taken aback how brief and hurried the actual refraction was. It felt hurried and very little time was available for questions with the professional. Glasses came ready extremely quick. I guess a little more care and less rush in the actual refraction process would have made this a 5/5 experience

Been trying to call the office for a week now. They say they have a new phone system they're trying to figure out on the message. Wait up to an hour at a time will I move up in queue and then it drops me off when I'm hit number one. 4 hours total spent this week trying to get through with no results. Makes you wonder about what kind of practice or medical care they offer. My confidence is shaking at this ineptness.

I would highly recommendthem I had to have cataract surgery. I am leaving this review a day after my surgery and I am thrilled. Happy customer.
