I’m a 2 year customer of this store and all I want to say is, every time I get new glasses I am treated with amazing respect. Carlos the store manager and Jasmin are so sweet and caring. I showed them a photo of some very expensive glasses I found online and they found me one almost identical for a fraction of the price! Thank you Carlos and Jasmin I will come back to purchase more and tell my friends too. Now I have 5 pairs from this company and I am extremely satisfied.

Dr. Florkowski did my LASIK surgery three months ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The doctor and his staff provided very thorough information on the LASIK process and offered plenty of opportunities to ask questions, both at the pre-op consultation and the day of surgery. The receptionist and billing contact went above and beyond to ensure that my insurance discount was applied. The staff at the surgery center were so kind, and I could tell they really care about their patients. Dr. Florkowski made the procedure as easy and painless as possible, and described what he was doing as it happened. Numbing drops and a mild sedative are given before surgery, so I felt no pain, just slight pressure. I did experience pain for a few hours after surgery, but this is to be expected, and it was 100% worth it. Pricing is reasonable and payment plans are available via Care Credit. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Dr. Florkowski, for giving me the privilege of never wearing glasses again!

The doctor, the receptionist the whole facility get an A+ plus plus plus. These are the kindest ladies you’re ever gonna meet. The doctor is so knowledgeable about everything she is doing and explains it in English to where a person like me can understand it . I’m glad God put them in my life.

Dr Lii is very kind and answers all questions! She is very knowledgeable. I’ve been to her twice and will definitely keep going.

My experience at Ridgeland Eye Care is always a great one. There is not a long wait; the staff is friendly, accommodating, and professional. Dr. Dampier is experienced with a plethora of knowledge. They are AWESOME!!!

Dr Marshburn is very caring and took the time with my mom, who has dementia. He personally contacted me with his results and explained everything very well.

I was very nervous but the doc n nurses made me feel at ease they were all very nice and took very good care of me and Doc Goddam is the BEST!!! During my surgery and all the appts she always listened to my concerns

Don't come, everyone, the attitude at the front desk is very bad. The doctor was very unprofessional. He made an appointment clearly, but after arriving, he had to wait for nearly two hours. The reason is that the doctor used my appointment time to eat and chat. Halfway through the consultation, I ran to answer the phone. Seriously the worst doctor I've ever seen.

Excellent Service, short waiting time, very pleasant people, attentive and professional. The Doctor knows his business and gives you the best possible options for your health and benefit.

To be honest, the first lady that helped us was not the most friendly or helpful and it was very odd that they put away some of the luxury glasses early and she refused to let us view them during business hours (still 1.5hrs before closing). She also provided me with a different closing time than I was provided later and failed to let us know about a sale and insurance coverage details until late in the process when it would have totally shifted my buying mindset instead of wasting my time at the beginning. Later, we were helped by Eric who was super helpful so this 5 star review is for him. He is patient and did a great job juggling multiple clients at the same time. He makes amazing frame recommendations based on our wants and he spent the time to help explain lens options. He also was able to ask for permission to show us some of the luxury frames that were put away early, although I was disappointed to still find out late in the process that they don’t accept insurance for some of those frames. Overall though, I will definitely be back in the future to work with Eric.
