Always feel heard, validated and cared for by everyone in the office! Time is always taken (more than typical I am certain) with no backlash. I always have my questions answered no matter how seeming mundane! Recommend to anyone that is in need and will listen! I appreciate them more than they know!

I’m seeing clearly now and am so happy I had LASIK eye surgery at King LASIK! They were wonderful to work with and answered all my questions. I was pretty nervous about the procedure, but they helped put me at ease and offered a mild sedative prior to the procedure which was helpful. The procedure itself was quick (only 3 minutes per eye) and they talked me through the whole process. They were really great all along the way! I only wish I had done it sooner!

No offense to the helpful staff. The testing area was late 90's . I was a client from a year before. And even then I felt ripped off. If you can, just get your prescription and run. It would be your best option because the prices for the frames is cheaper online.

Dr. Fraizer is such a great optometrist. Their space is really convenient and easy to find. I would highly recommend this to anyone! Can't say enough good things.

I was treated with a smile kindness and understanding. I recently lost my ability to speak. Every one was outstanding. I recently had an exam and purchased contacts at Stanton Optical, and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. Firstly, my eye exam was not properly conducted, leaving me concerned about the accuracy of the prescription. The contacts that were prescribed to me were also incorrect, causing discomfort and poor vision. Furthermore, I have reached out to request a refund, but I am still waiting for a response and resolution. It seems that the positive 5-star reviews I came across on their platform may have been from the previous owners/company of Eye Lab, as my experience certainly did not match those glowing reviews. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to consider alternative options and go somewhere else for their eye care needs. It's essential to find a reliable and trustworthy provider that prioritizes accurate prescriptions and customer satisfaction.I

Pacific Eye Associates’ fabulous team did my pre-op work-up, and Dr. Lin did my surgery. Got a great outcome, and couldn’t be happier with each and every person with whom I interacted. Highly recommended practice.

I went in for my first Eye exam and was helped by Charleen, Milad, and the manager Stephanie. They are so helpful and so supportive. I got the cutest glasses ever with a great price. They also took my eyemed insurance and I got 40% off on my second pair of glasses. I definitely recommend this vision center!!!

I have been doing to H&L since I was a kid However this Definitely is one of the best Harvey & Lewis locations in CT in my opinion they have very helpful staff I was helped by Thalia and she definitely made the process easier
