This place is amazing! From the moment I arrived until I completed everything, I felt respected and appreciated. The doctor explained everything as she worked, and the attention granted to me for picking out glasses was first class. (They were so kind until they adjusted a pair of my existing frames.) I totally recommend this place and look forward to visiting them again soon.

I had low vision issues after cataract surgery , that left me with a scotoma (blind spot in one eye that left central acuity diminished. It was difficult to drive and see anything clearly further than 5 feet. Dr. Walker gave me a thorough exam and gave me the best prescription I've ever had. She then prescribed the special telescopic spectacles to help with distance vision. Dr. Walker gave me my independence back to venture out with confidence. I highly recommend her services. The staff at Advanced Eyecare & Therapies left me feeling truly cared for. From the staff who checked me in at the front desk, to the technician who got me ready to see Dr. Wylie, to the staff who checked me out…I felt cared for at every turn. Dr. Wylie is as insightful and talented as he is kind. He draws from his wealth of knowledge and many years of experience to offer patients expert eye care with genuine kindness and respect. I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Well done!!!

Dr. Nathan Steinle is an excellent ophthalmologist. As a retina specialist, he has extraordinary skills in diagnosing and administering care with my ongoing eye care and health. He is also a very personable and friendly person, making my office visits fun without the stress. I am very satisfied with his expertise and very happy when I visit his office, too. His staff is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Never left waiting more than ten minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Steinle and his staff if you need to find a retina specialist.

I went in for my 6 month check up. Everything was fine but Dr Chu was very negative even though my vision remained stable. I left feeling depressed and hopeless. He lacks bedside manner which is VERY important. I will be looking for a different RS that shows more compassion and understanding. I’m sure he’s a very good doctor but i need someone more encouraging and positive when dealing with such difficult topics.

Do not assume that because the doctor is under your insurance plan that the eyewear provided at the same office is also covered. I went in about redness, was told I needed progressive lenses, walked back with the prescription through the reception area to the eye glasses center that is the first room you enter, ordered the lenses, paid and later picked them up, then was refused coverage by my insurance, because -- I found out too late -- the doctor is NOT on the insurance list for providing eyewear. This was not made clear at the time of purchase, though the office is arranged as if all-inclusive.

Honestly, living in LA it was worth coming back just for Dr.Ekelund and the lovely office staff who make this process seamless. Wonderfully intelligent and dedicated vision doctor who has unbelievable passion and knowledge, and the staff are so friendly and made choosing the proper frames seamless. They have treated my mother and I so incredibly kindly over the years I cannot recommend them enough.

This was my first time here for an exam. Dr. Hartz is amazing! Got the most thorough exam I've ever had. The store manager, Tia, and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, plus very helpful with my decision on frames. The whole experience was great! I highly recommend Dr. Hartz and his staff.

My son has been a patient for several years now. Courteous, friendly staff. Dr Norman is kind, explaining everything he is about to do taking the anxiety away.
