Dr. Shields made me the only pair of glasses that have ever truly been correct! He is wonderful and his staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I wouldn’t go to any other eye doctor in town.

Everyone was amazing, super friendly and attentive to detail. The receptionists were very helpful and answered my questions. The Doctor was very nice and took time to explain things to me and treated my concerns with care. And the front was warm and helped me pick out frames I liked and helped give me an idea of what I was buying. Everyone there gave me exmplarly service. AOD -10/29/2024

Took my 96-year-old grandmother here for her appointment. We arrived 10 minutes early.and was told that the machines were broken and they left a message yesterday evening. I I explained to the receptionist that the number they had on file was a landline phone, which was not equipped with a voicemail so there couldn’t have been a message left. She then asked me if my grandmother was in a home or a facility. I responded to her “no she’s right here” and she lives with family. She then condescendingly asked if she has a cell phone. I explained “no she does not. She is 96 years old”. I asked if the machines would be repaired in the near future or should we reschedule her appointment? She stated “we don’t have any appointments for months can’t she just go to our other office? It’s only 10 minutes away and do you have someone’s number we can leave a voicemail on”. She was unapologetic, condescending and rude. This is not the way anyone should be greeted by any company representative especially not the receptionist or front desk staff. This was my second unpleasant encounter with this same staff member. I mentioned it to another staff member the first time but after Reading other reviews this seems to be the culture in this office. As much as it disappoints me to have to find another doctor for my grandmother, there’s no way I would subject her to this a third time.

I went to see Dr. Bausch this morning complaining of blurry vision in my left eye. The doctor had successfully performed cataract surgery on me four years ago. Now just a couple of hours later my vision is amazing. It is totally clear and sharp. Colors are vivid. I am so grateful. Thank you Dr. Bausch. I am so grateful for your care!

He is rush, unprofessional; you know every word he is saying, but you don’t know what he is talking about; he probably doesn’t know either. No a Go

I had a great experience with the Eye Center of Shawnee staff for my appointment, and Joanna in the Vision Center helped me afterward. She was very kind, answering all my questions about prices for each set of lenses and helping me pick the best option for me. **update 2 years later**: Toya was an absolute dream to work with!!! We had so much fun picking out my glasses, she was practical and complimentary. She made me feel comfortable and beautiful. We picked out the best lens options for me too, and they have helped my night driving so much! Thank you Toya!

I found this office by chance. I couldn’t get my contact lens out and my regular office didn’t have a doc in on Saturday. So I called around and found this one and I am so glad I did! Dr. Mignault was awesome. I am relatively new to wearing contact lenses, and I learned so much from him about wearing them in one by-chance visit that my regular office never told me. I am going to make this my regular eye doctor.

This has to have been one of the best eye exams I have ever received, the technology in this practice is simply top-notch. It is wonderful to have to get an eye exam without having your eyes dilated so you can get back to work! The doctor was so knowledgeable, patient, and helped ease my fears of my vision. As a new patient I will tell you this is definitely my new office to go to for any concerns. Thank you for such wonderful care.

Dr. Klaahsen is great. I have seen her for years for annual eye exams, but when I had eye issues, I found out she is a thoughtful and skilled optometrist. If that was not enough, her office treats me like a human being, not a number.

Eye surgery is one of the things that can be scary for most of us. When it was becoming difficult to determine the color of a traffic signal it was time to do something about it. After consulting my friends and family looking for solutions, I was referred to Dr. Rasansky at the Switch Eye Center. I am beyond words with the results following replacement of lenses in both eyes. Dr. Rasansky is a genuine down to earth and talented person who with his team restored my vision to where it was before I began wearing glasses 30 years ago. 5 star rating is not enough. Thank you all !

I’ve come twice with my mom and they’ve taken long to attend her, we’ve waited for about 2 hours for them to see her!! Horrible service!!! I don’t recommend it yo anyone!
