Exactly what a doctor visit should be. Dr G’s entire staff were great to deal with and explained every step, as did he. And - bonus - the appointment time actually is when they see you. In every way, the exact opposite of Bascom Palmer. I’m so happy to have found the perfect ophthalmologist in Miami.

Rescheduled my father's appointment, went today and they didn't have an appointment for him. They said you had an appointment in July that you didn't show up for. NO, I Rescheduled the appointment! I hate this office!!

This practice provided an excellent experience. My kids (6&7) had their eye exams here and they had fun. Dr. Aaron Wong was very friendly and actually dilated their eyes and was very personable. My kids were a little nervous due to their last visit at another practice and this time the doctor and optician were very engaging. The optician, Mike, who helped choose the glasses and was there when we picked up the glasses was great! He explain everything necessary, he was very friendly, and he gave us good options to choose from. Overall, I will definitely return here with my family!

Always very friendly. Called this morning at 8:15 hoping for an appointment. They got me one at 9:20, I was back to work downtown before 10:00. Good stuff.

My family has been coming here for years. The staff is always helpful and friendly and Dr. Davis is absolutely the most thorough eye doctor we’ve ever had. She spotted an anomaly in one of my son’s exams that led us down to CHOP and UPENN; the specialist we saw was amazed that a regular eye exam picked up a serious medical condition. Not every eye doctor is as thorough as Dr. Davis, though. She will exhaust all avenues to get to the bottom of a problem; I would not trust my family’s eyes to anyone else.

I didn't have to wait long and, Aria was so great doing my test. She is patient and very kind. Dr Jennifer is so awesome. I had to come back in for a re-check and she was not upset at all. She is very compassionate. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great and new eye Dr!

Dr Ruby and his entire Rochester Hills staff were wonderful. I had a little concern about the appointment, but was quickly put at ease with the caring and competence each staff member showed . I was also impressed with thoroughness and the time Dr. Ruby took to explain my condition and what this meant in the coming years. Dr. Ruby is top notch in my book.

Dr. Johnson has been taking care of my eyes for years and I've never had any issues. From contacts and glasses to a painful scratch on my eye, Sunnybrook Optical has been the best!

Such a great experience! Staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Especially Krystal, going above and beyond with great customer service skills!
