The staff are very professional and courteous with helping clients during examination. Dr. Benjamin is an exceptional doctor who takes the time to explain procedure for your Eyewear health care. Thank you for taking the time to care for me and I look forward to next appointment.

Every single person I interacted with was awesome and conversational! Never felt so comfortable at any sort of ‘doctors appointment’. Also, they seem to be very up-to-date / advanced with some of their technologies! Sounds weird to say about an eye doctor, but I was incredibly impressed and would recommend to anyone. -Chance

Excellent service very friendly and great selections to choose from with a wide variety of options to suit your optical needs. Doctor asked plenty of questions to get to know what I needed out of my glasses, also recommended the blue light protection lenses since I’m always sitting behind a computer to help protect my eyes. Loved every minute of the experience as well as the warm welcome from the receptionist Kimmy she is very helpful and helped me pick out the right frames for my face. They also work with an an array of insurances. Will definitely be visiting again during my yearly check-up.

I would recommend this office to anyone. My mother in law referred my wife and then wife referred me. It’s clean, efficient, the doctor is thorough and explains things in a way you understand. The front desk got me in sooner than my original appointment date by calling me to replace a cancelation appointment which was appreciated. The front desk ladies are very friendly and helpful. You won’t be sorry if you choose rose rock 😊

Dr. Rimkeit and her staff were extremely helpful, patient and compassionate as I tried out contacts for the first time. Shout-out, as well, to Jamie in the front office who is exceptionally friendly.

I am very blessed to have had Dr. Tao perform my retinal detachment surgery. Being clinically depressed, I was extremely anxious when he told me what takes place during this procedure. Dr. Tao explained everything in easy to understand terminology, expressed empathy and did his best to reassure me what to expect. Although the vision in my right eye is still about 95% blind, my eye doctor believes that after about 8 to 12 weeks, my sight should return to what it was before. I'm hoping for the best and grateful to God for blessing the hands of this incredible ophthalmologist. Thank you very much, Dr. Stanley Tao. Not only to you, but the rest of your team at ProMedica!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Tran and her team! Life changing, let me explain. I have tried to get contacts for over 10 years. It has been a miserable experience. My eyes are a tough fit for a variety of reasons. I have tried 100 different lenses with nothing close to success. My optometrist suggested Dr. Tran and honestly, I went with no expectation. First off, Dr. Tran is warm and friendly. Genuine in her approach and wickedly knowledgeable about her craft. We spoke on the phone and then met in person. Super easy to deal with and great communication. She went through the process and what to expect. All the professional things you would expect out of an expert. She knew my situation and was massively confident in her abilities. After the general eye exam and understanding my particular eye shape and struggles we started with the lens fitting. She fit me with the SECOND lens we tried!! The second one!!! Within 5 minutes i had a comfort level I have never had with contacts. A few weeks later I received the lenses and did some build up to wearing them for longer periods of time and voila I have the best vision I have had in 20 years!! So much better than glasses. A truly life changing event for me. I HIGHLY recommend Specialty Contacts and Dr. Tran. Absolutely wonderful experience.

Since 2016 or so I've had a dark spot in my right eye that takes away about 50% of my vision and I've seen numerous eye doctors and specialists and not one could tell me what's wrong and say they don't see anything that would cause the dark spot. Long story short my first visit at community vision the doctor took pictures behind my eye and showed me what is going on and confirmed what I had suspected... diabetes! The doctor is very professional and considerate to explaining your diagnosis and what can be done to help prevent any further damage. I've only had one visit but I can honestly say everyone there is exceptionally nice and I can't wait for my new glasses.
