Victoria was amazing. She was able to help me find lenses that suited me better than what I chose. All of the staff at Target optical were wonderful and took time with me to make sure I was satisfied with the frames I selected. I will definitely continue to come here.

I've really enjoyed my visits to this office. The receptionist (Kristina) is extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. She and Dr. Bhakta are so patient with you even if you have a lot of questions. They make sure you're comfortable during your appointment! Their selection of glasses is also kept relatively up-to-date and I always like looking and trying them on. They have very stylish and cute frames! If you're trying on a pair, don't be afraid to ask for the staff's opinion either. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for eye care.

Office doesn’t care about their patients. 1 star is being generous. Nobody answers the phone when you call, it goes to voicemail after a few rings. They prefer text messaging. They do not keep records of prescriptions that are handwritten.

He did a wonderful job on a pr of glasses that I was told couldn't be fixed! I would go there again!

Every time I come here i get a great massage and cupping session. I've been a regular for the past 3 years. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

I called and made an emergency appt because my eye was 75% blacked out and I had no peripheral vision. They got me in the same day at 3:45pm, Dr. McNeeley saw my concern and had the office call and get me in right of way which was 1:15pm, thanks to her knowledge and care I was able to see the retina specialist the same day and I had emergency retina reattachment surgery the next morning. I can not say how thankful and appreciative I am for the care I’ve received and still getting. Every single person I have come in contact with have been absolutely amazing ❤️❤️🙏🙏

I first met Dr.Reiter on 11/16/22 I had been referred to him for my droopy eyelid during exam first thing he said was since I was Asian there was not much he could do I explained they I was Mexican Hispanic he kept arguing that no I was definitely Asian I should have left then he continued to say that I had a slight infection small patch on my left eyelid he prescribed steroid cream well in 2 days both eyelids were totally red swollen and itchy I called his office but no one answered. Left repeated messages to tell them of my reaction I then called office again finally got another appointment he was mad because I was complaining that they had not called me back so without telling me he left exam room came back in and slathered my eyes with another ointment He was so rude very unprofessional , but unfortunately as bad as he treated me you should of seen how he treats the elderly no compassion no caring you are just another body that comes into his office. Finally I was able to see my dermatologist who right away took me off of his prescribed steroids and started me on other medications to deal with my swollen red itchy blotchy eyelids it is now 1/23 getting better but still dealing with my bad decision I should of never went to see him and most of all when he started insisting I was Asian and that’s why I pretty much had to deal with my droopy eyelids I should have said Hasta La Vista Baby!! I truly hope this review keeps someone else from being mistreated by this doctor.

I saw the retina surgeon recently. Thank goodness she is a surgeon because her bedside manner was garbage. She has absolutely zero compassion. I will NEVER go to or recommend a Bennett and Bloom office based on my last two visits with this provider. The first visit with the provider was not pleasant but I chalked it up to a bad day but this visit takes the cake. I left the appointment in tears even though I received good news. The front desk girls were very pleasant and some of the techs were pleasant but it doesn’t make up for the lack of bedside manner from the provider! Never again!!
