I initially got a thorough exam and time spent with me to explain the exam and recommended surgery. BUT one day after my appointment I began having pain in my right eye due to the testing the day before. I called the office on a Thursday and left a message. No call back. I called again on Friday morning. I was frustrated and it showed. The girl who took the message was clearly irritated and sullen. I knew when I hung up that no one would return my call. And they didn't. So now I'm headed into the weekend with no help, no reassurance that my eye is going to be okay. The initial issue I visited about was my LEFT eye which had landed me in the hospital for five days. And now I'm experiencing some similar symptoms. Will I be in the hospital with this one? For an eye that was FINE when I walked into that office. I hope I can get some information on Monday.

It’s a very long waiting period more than 4 hours by over all good doctors

Dr Doyle is a very good eye doctor he's very caring and concerned with his patience and examinations he answers all your questions and he also has a lot of questions when it comes to your eyes 👀 the staff is very bubbling nice and pleasant …

I've worn glasses and contacts since 8th grade. I recently saw Dr. Petrou as a new patient, for my annual eye exam. The amount of information and education she gave me regarding my eyes and their health far exceeds the cumulative information all my prior eye doctors have provided! She is truly dedicated to her profession and her staff is wonderful to work with!

Competent and empathic doctor. What else could one ask for? I was very happy with the care I was provided. Dr. McCarty performed an excision on my eyelids. It was fast and done well!

Great staff from reception to tech to doc!

This office seriously needs to improve its scheduling system and time management. Be prepared to wait at least 2 hour after your appointment time to see the Dr. Most patients are elderly and they do not deserve to be forced to wait this long to see the doctor. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

STAY AWAY ! BEWARE!! RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL! The doctor goes in & out of the building wearing his gloves which is absolutely unsanitary. All the staff tries to trick you into spending more money . At 1st she told me it was $210 then said $250 when I corrected her she said "oh that's right $210 . No MATTER how many times I told them I didn't want new frames they kept trying to force them on me . They must be struggling for money or just unprofessional & greedy .....please do yourself a favor STAY AWAY ... In my opinion

The employees that work customer service are great. I do not like the way V4L makes them put you in line to wait to just pick up frames that are ready. I think pick ups should be handled better so we don't have to wait for people that need more or longer help.

Angie is very knowledgeable, kind and fast!! She put my lenses into new frames that were fitted perfectly. Thank you Angie, you made my day!!

Great staff friendly and attentive. They are very helpful and understanding with glasses and small adjustments that need to be made when one has very bad astigmatism and near sidedness. I would recommend this place and the doctors.
