I was VERY overdue for my eye exam and have reached the age that I’ve started to notice I can’t see things as clearly up close. Dr Chatwin explained both the pathology behind why this occurs and various management options in a clear manner. The front desk team was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Love supporting a fellow private, local practice!

Eye doctor of 20 years has pretty much retired & needed to find a new eye doctor. I went to two others before actually doing research & finding Dr. Gelwick. I am so thankful that I did! He is very kind, listens to me, explains everything (in a way that I can understand), and I'm impressed by the technology that he uses! /// I had read reviews that the staff is rude: No. The staff is not rude. They are very friendly & legit knowlegeable. /// If you're looking for downsides, I have two: 1) I hope Dr. Gelwick never retires 2) I wish they would redo their parking lot so it's clearer where to park. :)

Dr. Lee was amazing. My 5 year old son and I visited him to get our first eye exams. He made my son feel very well and took into consideration of my son's needs. He was very informative and provided any documentation requested. Great service and knowledge.

Had a real struggle trying to get a basic answer from the receptionist. I wanted to see if they did surgery with placing lens in the eyes. Receptionist could only say that she could make an appointment with the doctor. Ok, but "if needed do you actually do this surgery?" "Sorry I'm not a doctor I can't tell you that." "I don't want to waste my time coming if you don't perform it and will just refer me elsewhere." "Sorry, I'm not a doctor". Clearly not a doctor; maybe the receptionist was first day on the job or I was talking to a call center that handles multiple offices because she didn't know what they did at the eye center.

This location is great! Every time I have an appt not only do I experience quality customer service, but patience, and excellent assistance. Huge thank you to Isaac, Carol, Erin, and Jeanne for always taking care of me and making quality customer service a number one priority! Thanks guys!

I went to get my glasses here, since past years I’ve had a great experience, this time around not so great. I received the glasses with the wrong prescription, they reordered the glasses, as they kept both the frame and the glasses, next time I received the call they were ready, they only had seemed to order the glasses and the frames had been lost, had to get a set from the display section as the frames couldn’t be found, prescription was still in put incorrectly, they reorder the prescription & it is still not correct. 3 times and couldn’t be done properly. Very upset with this experience. Will not be going back.

Dr. Tessa Clark was recommended to me and after visiting her office it was easy to see why. From check in to check out everyone made the appointment a great experience and Dr. Clark was thorough and had a good plan for my new prescription. I recommend her and this office highly.

My appointment was on time and efficient, and Cookie, my optician, was amazing. Informative, professional and totally familiar with my insurance and what I needed. Also I love the store/frames organized by style and price. Made shopping much easier.

Dr. Barry is the best! Great with helping our child and his vision problem. Highly recommend him if your child needs a vision specialist.

Dr. Federici is one of the best doctors I have ever been in front of. He truly saved me from blindness. (I'd be in the dark without his care) I highly highly recommend him.
