I've been going here for a while and have NEVER had any issues (besides insurance issues) I take my kids and they are great with them.

I was greeted immediately with a warm welcoming atmosphere. It is great to see familiar faces! I brought my eleven year old daughter to get her familiar with how eye appointments work. Everyone was great about sharing and talking about what each exam component meant. Afterwards, I felt no pressure as I selected my future frames. Hayley is my favorite! She remembers me, my personality, likes and dislikes. My insurance coverage changed. Hayley was patient as she answered my questions. She documented my new preferences for future efficiency AND helped me schedule an appointment for my husband.

I can't say enough about the great care and expertise that Dr. Hollenbach has given me over the last 5 years. Her patience, kindness and overall great care keeps me coming back to her, and I always recommend her to anyone looking for a great eye doctor.

Dr. Imbornoni is fantastic. She is attentive and will explain her process if you ask questions. Appointments will generally be 2+ hours so plan accordingly but that seems typical of ophthalmologist offices every where. Bring things to entertain your kids.

Thorough, kind, confident and empathetic. He is responsible for giving me back my eyesight and I can't thank him enough.

Great customer service and very friendly staff, the Dept Manager Roxy and her associates always answer all our questions. Let’s not forget about the great affordable prices they have on all glasses and contacts. I have been buying my glasses and contacts at that Walmart!

Dr.Tran is simply amazing she took her time with our exams she explained everything. She offers an eye image for only 25 per person which makes it affordable, to ensure your eye health is optimal. … More

The doctors and staff are amazing. They are knowledgeable, professional, caring, and compassionate. My 16 yr old daughter developed tunnel vision out of the blue. The doctors from start to finish made sure she was seen, tested, diagnosed, and treated by the correct specialist until her vision was corrected. They continue to make effort to determine the best long term treatment for her benefit and well being. They listened to our concerns and thoughtfully answered questions. They have several locations and specialists to accommodate anyone's needs. I highly recommend them.

Great people, Dr. Nancy Tsui was absolutely fantastic...But, (A) Incorrect posting of Open Hours and, (B) Finished glasses availability was 2+ weeks late. Details: (A) Open times and days not listed on their website. Google business profile says open Thursdays. But they are not open any Thursdays except last Thurs of month by appointment. Wasted an hour (driving). I submitted open hours correction to Google. (B) Was told glasses would be available at about 3 weeks. Called at 5 + weeks wondering if they had arrived yet. Late.
