Walked in there to look at frames for men was greeted very rude by receptionist, when asked her if they took my insurance untied health she if it was state insurance or through my job 🤔 I didn't understand why that mattered needless to say we wont be buying our Eyewear at vision mart …

Dr. La was very nice and helpful to me. She explained why my vision was worst than last year. I will try my best to rest my eyes if I'm staring at the computer for over 10 hours.

I got my Lasik done at Goodman Eye Center in March 2021. This was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and I’m so happy I chose Goodman. From the 1st consultation until the post-op checkups, I only had positive experiences with every person at Goodman. Unlike other Lasik places, they did not pressure me to rush the process, and instead made me aware of all the risks involved. They took more scans before determining that I was a good candidate. They were flexible with scheduling and understanding that I wanted to wait so I could use my FSA. The day of, the operation went smoothly and calmly. Dr Goodman talked me through each step and I barely felt anything. He also gave me drops, sunglasses, and an eye cover to use during the first week after recovery. Right now, my vision is already better than 20/20. I was previously -4.0/-3.75. The discomfort after the operation only lasted about 12 hours, and even 3 days after the procedure, I no longer had side effects or light sensitivity. It’s incredible to not need contract lenses or glasses. My girlfriend is getting her Lasik done at Goodman Eye Center next month, and I highly recommend this practice to anyone who’s a good candidate!

Excellent experience and treatment at the corrective eye center. Dr. Gregory Louis is very caring, knowledgeable, thorough in his exam and so easy to talk too, he is friendly and open to answering all your questions honestly. I am very pleased and satisfied with him and his office staff. I highly recommend anyone interested in getting an evaluation or treatment.

I think they need to know what costumer service is!! I got a very bad experience and a bad treatment by them, been told how are they treat people in a bad behavior, but i know the doctor she is good so i decided to make an appointment there ,I called the esat Windsor location to schedule an appointment because it's close to my house, I appeared 15 min before the appointment time and find the place closed! , called their phone , the receptionist told me they are located in Vernon! she told me to drive to there it's take 20 min and I will be within the 10 min after appointment time that allowed in their policy, I reached within time after a rush drive, the receptionist told me I'm sorry we can't do eye exam today because they put a patient in front of me ( using my time) the receptionist said" I will not argue with you but we can't make it, let's do reschedule" , WHY YOU DONT TELL ME THAT ON PHONE SO I SAVE THAT 20 MIN DRIVE!!! and they are not even sorry! I canceled everything

Dawn is amazing, she helps work with your insurance & your budget. Shes great with the kids, makes its fun to pick out glasses. Dont have all the $ up front no prob. make a payment plan. Recently met Danielle, she did pre eye exam and was fantastic. answered all questions & explained things in a way that we can all understand. New Dr is extremely nice , took the time to listen to concerns & any problems i was having, explained new perscription in a way i could understand. 20/20eyecare has been a part of my families eyecare for many years & will continue to be for many more.
