I have no stars for this location. I only posted 1 star because otherwise I wouldn't have been able to post a review I have seen better days. I'm not sure if it's changed management. The front desk staff there seems to be different people there. It's very difficult to get someone on the phone. When you do the staff does not seem knowledgeable or friendly. The inventory for contact lenses is always far, few, or none in between. The only reason we have remained patients as a family for the last 6 years is due to the eye club and our insurance. But this last eye exam I think will be my last eye exam at this location. We may stay as a family but we will avoid this location. But perhaps you and your family may have a different experience. We will try out another location and if we have the same experience. We will transfer our records where we are treated like family and our business is appreciated.

Appointment at 10 am, done by 10:20 am. Very fast & efficient. Glasses ready in 30 minutes, so I’m in no hurry. I’ll come back & pick it up later. Nice & clean office. Everyone is very professional.I’ll tell my wife to go here.. Highly recommended. 👍 …

Excellent doctor

Therese, the store manager went above and beyond for me. I was visiting from Chicago to visit my mothers grave and immediately as I was out there the wind blew my contact out of my eye. Unfortunately I forgot to pack another pair. I had to drive back to Chicago that evening. I was able to contact the store confirm that I was on my way and this was after the young woman at the Glendale location refused to help me. She made it happen! Her service was impeccable and the frames at this location were gorgeous. If you need proper assistance please ask for Therese!

First time walking in they were very nice and professional! The place was spotless and the atmosphere was light. But then it started going downhill, not to be rude but I dont think anyone working there is used to a person that has common sense coming in. They had no problem insinuating that i was faking my perscription within the first 10 minutes and even laughing about it in the front while I was waiting for a second assessment. They even made sure to loudly state that they have so many people pretending. You really dont think i know who you're talking about when i am the only patient that walked in? Are you really that used to not being professional that you feel comfortable yelling so loudly to eachother that I dont even need to try to hear you? And get this, you want a copy of your perscription? 5 bucks. Dont want your doctor to not talk about your medical history to anyone and everyone? You need to ask him not too, and heres the kicker.... he can say no! I swear to anything if you are thinking of going here and you have even a REMOTELY difficult time conveying your thoughts, good luck. I would rate negative 1 if i could.

I had severe progressive myopia and astigmatism from my childhood on. No one explained it to me, and I was frightened. Dr. Leslie Doctor is compassionate and a superb surgeon. She operated on me for cataracts early this year and gave me my vision back. Thank you!

I would definitely recommend this location! The staff is well trained & very helpful. We had Lisa, she’s excellent, knowledgeable, explains your choices, very pleasant, fast to help her co-workers with answers to their questions. Nice store, large space, you go in, pick up a small basket and look on the walls & displays to pick out eyeglass styles you like & put in your basket. You wait until a table is clear & they’ll ask you to come over to be fitted & discuss your needs. There are several stations w/tables, chairs & staff to assist with fitting your glasses. This store is well organized & they are prompt to assist you. No Waiting around & No Unpleasant Workers, Excellent store to make a purchase. Picking up my husband’s eyeglasses was just as good, they take you to a counter, clean your new glasses, make sure they fit proper, & you’re happy with them.

I am very careful in choosing doctors and in the past, I had several good eye doctors, before finding Dr. Johnson. He is very careful with his examination. I injured my eyes when I was a child, and over the years, my previous doctors had difficulty determining the correct prescription for my eyeglasses. Dr. Johnson gave me the best eyeglasses back in 2003, and he is still prescribing the best glasses for me. In addition, he is a very nice and cheerful doctor!
