While everyone was professional, you get the feeling that you are stuck in a money machine, except for Dr. Smith, who seemed like she cared. I had laser surgery with a multifocal lens and hoped that things would be perfect. My new lens catches glare from oncoming headlights and ceiling can lights.

I will go blind before I ever use this office again! Do not care about their patients

I have had an incredible experience with this clinic. Everyone from the doctor to each person I've worked with in the office has been kind, conscientious, and super-competent. I recently got my new frames adjusted, and they noticed that the lenses had some irregularities, and ordered replacement lenses without me even having to ask. They always thoroughly answer my questions and get me in for appointments quickly, and my glasses are always perfect (or adjusted until they are). Really appreciate and highly recommend this business!

I’m very unsatisfied with my experience at this place. I was given a initial price of $39 for the glasses as well as an eye exam and/or a price of $59 for the exam alone. I ended up getting the exam with the intent of getting a new pair of glasses as well. We ended up getting started with the exam after selecting the pair of glasses to my liking. Once we were done the lady tells me my overall cost would be $228 which was not the price she initially told me. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable and dissatisfied with her service. I ended up having to pay $59 because I didn’t want the glasses anymore at that point. But I really shouldn’t have paid anything due to the fact that she was not honest about the price in the first place. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The front desk and nursing staff was some of the best I've ever dealt with. Dr. Shultze, however, was the most arrogant, condescending, pompous person I've ever met. I don't care how great of a surgeon he supposedly is or how many awards he has. I would rather do my own eye surgery with a rusty spoon than have him operate on me.

Came down from Maine for an appointment was my first time here. Everyone was very nice. The parking lot was a little tricky if you don’t know what lane to be it. It was a great outcome would go back again if I need too

Stephanie was incredibly helpful when I had to come in last minute. She was transparent and was willing to see how best she could accommodate with the budget I had. She also never made me felt like a bother the entire time I had any questions. After a pretty rough week, she has no idea how much she turned my world around in the 30 minutes she helped me.

An standard appointment was not required. There is a waiting room with a television, restroom and water dispenser. We were able to walk in and see a nurse for an exam and doctor for results all within two hours. There is a large selection of designer glasses being sold in the front of the store. I recommend making an appointment in advance to get seen at Mega Vision. I like the business.

We love Dr Zhang and Lens Crafters! This is our 2nd time visiting this location and we will keep coming back. Everyone is very friendly, patient and welcoming. Dr Zhang takes her time with you and is very informative about your vision and your options. We will be life long customers

I can't see a doctor for the second time. I arrived and I'm standing at the closed door, although there was an appointment at 2:45. It's just terrible, the service is disgusting
