My husband and I went here because we were looking for a new eye doctor and I read excellent reviews. I have to say we were very pleased with the service we received from this office. Dr. Lim was fabulous - she was friendly and thorough, easy to talk to, and really took her time. My previous eye doctor spent maybe 5 minutes in the room with me looking at my eyes, but Dr. Lim took the time to really look at my eyes, talk with me about my concerns, and discuss my new prescription with me. The rest of the staff were excellent, as well. They answered all my questions and were incredibly patient when I questioned our insurance benefits, taking the time to call our insurance multiple times to be sure they got the right answer. They fit us in for our exam 2 days after we called, and squeezed us in for our glasses fitting the day they arrived, since they knew we couldn't come the next day. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we will definitely be returning here for appointments in the future.

Waiting to see the doctor after the long preliminary checks would be my main comment. Have seen Doctor McPherson previously and she is very nice and does a complete exam.

I have now seen Dr. Philippe for two eye exams and fittings for glasses and have felt that he has by far done the best job with my prescription and fitting me for contacts. He is pleasant and personable and very professional. In addition neither time have I felt that he was trying to up sell me on any products and genuinely seemed to try to get me the most for money. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

I had an amazing experience here! Dr. William Kim is the best. He listens, is patient and explained each step in my visit. I really enjoyed the service that I received and I appreciated the fact that I never felt as if anything was rushed because he did have a lot of appointments lined up after me. I would definately recommend to all my friends and family! P.S. I never heard such a thick southern accent come from an asian man before!! He's AWESOME!!

Dr. Crank has been my eye doctor for over 20 years. The entire team listens, takes time and follows through with concerns. Has the most innovative technology and I would not hesitate to refer other patients, family and friends to Premier Family Eye Care. They deserve 10 stars. Thank you for your continued care with my eyes!

I purchased scratch resistant glasses from here with a warranty. They did not want to honor the warranty, extremely rude about it. They ended up blaming me and said I’m the reason why they are so scratched up. I took good care of my glasses. It was almost like these were extremely defective and scratch prone. I ended up just going somewhere else and they actually honor their word. AVOID this place, they did something similar to my daughter .

Needing to get glasses quickly this was one of three places that came up with a google search for quick lenses in Miami. It was relatively close to Brickell so headed there. From the outside the location isn't that attractive which was a little worrisome, but it had a lot of free parking and we went inside. The staff was amazing... Everyone!! People super helpful, friendly and most importantly fast and affordable for new lenses. In and out in about an hour. Incredibly pleasant experience and would totally come back and recommend the place. Very happy I found the place after trying a few other places.

This place is ridiculous. I hope I never have to come back here. They tell you that your appointment can last up to three hours. That's just waiting to see a nurse. Then they send you out again to wait and see the doctor.

I have been getting my exams here for well over 10 years. From check-in (Gabe) to after-visit detailed explanation (Dr. Mathias) everything was friendly, efficient, and informative. Highly recommend!

Dr. Boutros is awesome! She quickly identified that the prescription computer glasses I bought last year at another optometrist were too strong and switched the lenses out of my original frames to the correct prescription. The whole testing process was seamless and quick and she was able to get my new glasses to me by the end of the week. The store is super clean and so cute! Would definitely come back in the future!

The store owner is very kind. The store has all kinds of styles and brands. Plus, you can get student discount if you have your student ID with you!
