this was a fabulous experience and I recommend this company to anyone needing an eye exam and glasses. The exam was done quickly and easily but was very precise and I was confident for the first time that the prescription was absolutely correct for my vision and personal needs. Next I had to pick 3 frames and had no idea which ones to pick or which ones would look ok on my face. Their employee Sarah H was a godsend. she was extremely helpful and patient with me while we tried the different shapes and colors on me. We were finally able to agree on the three best suited for me. She was an absolute delight. She went though the different options for each pair of glasses with me but was never pushy and let me decide what I needed. She went over the bill with me which was an unbeatable deal and I walked out extremely satisfied and happy. I can’t wait to pick up my glasses. Thank you Sarah H and thanks to Americas Best!

Dr. Cerny is a true professional! Hands down, 100% accuracy with both contacts & glasses! He nails the exam every time! Other places I'd been to I knew right away the script was off. They told me, you'll have to get used to the new glasses. That's complete bs! I just picked up glasses and was floored at how perfectly I could see while one again going to him! Also, how well they fit and how nice they looked! Many thanks to the kind and helpful staff as well! Customer for life!

I cannot say enough great things about Eyes On Sunrise! I desperately needed an updated eye exam and new glasses and from the moment I stepped into Eyes On Sunrise, everyone in the office was friendly, attentive, and willing to help. Their office has been recently and beautifully renovated, and they offer a large selection of frames including designer options too! They also accept insurance. Aside from their amazing office staff, Dr. Leslie Draper is very kind and knowledgeable, she made my eye exam quick and enjoyable! I was able to pick up my new glasses within a week!

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) Extremely disappointing experience. My fiancé was overcharged for her glasses and contacts, and the office failed to properly submit the insurance claim. When we brought the issue to their attention, instead of taking accountability and resolving it professionally, they became very defensive. I personally had to go in myself just to get the refund processed, which never should have been necessary in the first place. After reading other reviews, it seems we are not the only ones who have had billing and customer service issues here. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend being very cautious, double-checking all charges, and exploring other options before coming here. We will not be returning.

Dr. Farr has been my physician for the last 5+ years. He is a caring, kind, sensitive individual that will listen. Then he will evaluate things with you. I can’t recommend him higher than this. I also received glasses at his facility due to insurance contract and Casey was wonderful and in assisting me.
