Excellent! I never knew I could have so much fun at an eye appointment. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The tests and all were quick and easy. The doctor was thorough and helpful. The real fun started when I got to shop for new frames! The sales associates are absolute experts and so patient. They gave their honest opinions and really made the buying experience very enjoyable and stress free. Their brands of frames are all so unique and affordable. I’m glad I made the choice to visit this office, and I’ll definitely be going back! Thank you!

We have been going to Dr. Amy Laskar Ung for years. Always friendly and professional, she takes the time to discuss eye health and answer any questions. Scheduling is quick and kind. Office is clean and well kept. I highly recommend for yearly eye exams.

Today I visited this office for the 1st time and was very impressed. It started with the modern, clean, and updated decor and then, realized the entire waiting area was filled with massage chairs, wow, nice way to get pampered while waiting.... When my son finally saw the doctor, Dr Vlada Nakhlis was very thorough and explained options, long term and short term in addition to what might be causing his squinting. I was very pleased with her approach and honesty.

Picked up glasses back in March of 2023 and was fine but then all of sudden the top of the lenses started popping out and wouldn’t stay in. So try to do a little fix but nothing as I’m disabled she asks why I didn’t bring them in I said because I’m disabled and don’t like to get out and she didn’t want to accept that the lenses didn’t fit but I was willing to pay for new lenses but then she wanted me to pay for new frames and then got attitude because she knew she was at fault for the way the lenses were cut

All staff were pleasant and helpful, but I needed to see four different people to get testing and counseling done prior to cataract surgery - which I was okay with - but had long waits before each consultation. After receiving numerous appointment reminders via text, calls and emails to make sure I showed up, I consider it disrespectful to regard my time and comfort so callously. In addition, no one explained ahead of time what my visit entailed, and I was unaware that my eyes would be dilated. When I left, my vision was still blurry. I had difficulty driving home, but would have arranged for other transportation with advance knowledge.

Great place! The staff is very, very friendly. My doctor, Dr. Hagan, is THE best (in my humble opinion...lol!) but he is retiring soon. Still, there are three other knowledgeable ophthalmologists to choose from.

This was my initial visit with Dr. Chan. The eye exam was very thorough as was the history he took from me. He was very professional and knowledgeable and took his time explaining things to me. His assistant was very helpful also. I highly recommend Dr. Chan to anyone needing care for AMD.

Bear was a great tech. You should give him a bonus. The dr was here usual excellent person

I've been going here for years, but the service has gone downhill tremendously. I never get taken on time, even with early morning appointments. The receptionist takes her time getting your file to the doctor, and even with an 8:25 a.m. appointment, I didn't get seen until almost 8:45. This receptionist was one of the most incompetent person I have come across. Also, I had to have a test done, and when I was finally called, I asked why it took so long and the tech said she had to get the machine ready...seriously? Shouldn't the people look at the chart to see what the patient needs and make sure all machines are ready? And to top everything off, when I did get seen, it was the wrong doctor! The doctor I made an apt with was not even there! Please avoid this place, as these people do not care about you!
