Very well run office. Minimum of waiting time before my appointment and very efficient movement through the various stages of my exam. Helpful staff, good selection of frames, very knowledgeable folks. I recommend them without reservation.

I’ve been going to see Dr. Shockley for 20 years. When I went yesterday he was not there. I was notified once I was sitting in the exam room that he was working a lighter schedule and two others had bought the practice. My eye exam bill was 115 dollars more than what it was the previous year. When I requested a detailed breakdown of my receipt I was told they couldn’t do that yet due to a “new system.” I loved Dr. Shockley but I will be finding a new eye Dr. since these new people have taken over. Very poor business practices all the way around with the price increase and waiting to disclose Dr. Shockley wasn’t working anymore.

What an amazing team of kind, professional people. The procedure I received was explained in detail & i understood everything. I also viewed a video on it. The doctor and nurses were friendly & made me feel comfortable. It was quite nice having a prayer given just before my procedure. The music was calming & soothing. I received a ride from your facility. The driver, Dave, was an amazing person. It was quite an enjoyable trip with his affable personality & interesting history lessons I give Pacific Cataract a 10 star out of 5.

Highly recommend. Took my son and the doctor and assistant was so patient with him. Explained everything to me. Over all a very pleasant visit. My son went in nervous and came out happy. Staff is super friendly.

Dr Ruiz and his staff are so friendly and professional. They all make you feel welcome and comfortable. I've used them for my eye care for quite awhile now and have never had a bad experience. I these people.

Great value and service! Picked out new frames with prescription lenses with the lovely Alessandra. They had a long line of customers to serve and while the wait was long, I was glad to have been paired up with Alessandra who was thorough yet quick in looking up my plan, confirming benefits, pulling frames, and providing good considerations on design and lens. Thank you and excited to pick up my new sunglasses in a week!

I took my mom to her appointment and Dr. Nayar and his staff were extremely professional and very helpful. Most importantly they took the time to explain and help us understand her situation. I highly recommend this genuine doctor and his staff. Thank you Dr. Nayar & Staff!

The Doctor was very informative and helpful. Also Tracy was awesome putting the finishing touches on my glasses. Furthermore, they got my frames and lenses back in 1 day! 5 star service. Thanks again!

Amazing place to bring your fur baby with an eye injury! My Rougarou had a pretty bad abrasion while rough housing with his big brother. Brought him to my primary vet and she recommended I take him to Dr. Van Brunt. We went to see them that same day, and my baby was scheduled for surgery the very next morning for a corneal graft. It's only been about 3 weeks post-op. He is still healing, and it might look a little rough to others, but the important thing is that his eye was saved and he also retained about 98% of his vision! I highly recommend! Would give 10 stars if I could.
