I am forever thankful to Dr scheoer my husband went in with eye problems the Drs recommendation found a Hugh problem that is now being taken care of. We had been to another eye Dr in the Cincinnati area that said his eye was fine. Thank goodness I made the appt with Dr scheoer.

Diagnostic Eye Center is wonderful. They are prompt and have a positive caring atmosphere. I see Dr Salem and appreciate his ability to make you comfortable and he explains everything to you. I definitely would recommend him.

Every single person was so welcoming and kind, highly informative, conversational, detail-oriented, and jobs are done incredibly fast. Dr. Mok did an eye exam for diabetes problems. She did a very thorough exam and was very informative. She is very professional and I would highly recommend her.

I have been patiently waiting for safety glasses that my job requires for a month. No one seems to have an answer for the delay and have been dismissive on providing information as to when I would receive my glasses. This is my first time with this company and the customer service is sub par. The staff takes my number every time but never returns calls to keep me posted on the progress of my glasses. Not a happy customer as these are needed for work.

I have been going to Dr. Bui for many years! He is kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. He never rushes through exams and always takes the time to educate me on my vision and explains test results thoroughly. I have enjoyed having him as my optometrist and recommend him to anyone!

Excellent customer service! Athena, the salesperson who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to help me find the best frames for my face. This was the first time I have been prescribed progressive lenses and she explained how they work.
