For Visionworks McKinney Towne Crossing

I had the greatest service today. Sherika greeted me when I opened the door and asked about my frame issue. She looked into the system with no matches, but she was able to find an exact one on the shelf! After realizing they don't have the same promotion as other VisionWorks store, she called to get the promotion code so I eventually got the same discount as others. Another nice lady called Kinley and Sherika were able to put my old lens to the new frame, cleaned them up and provided a new case. I'm very pleasant. As a comparison, I had totally opposite experience at another VisionWorks store at StoneBrian mall to solve the same issue at first: the guy didn't bother to look into the system, didn't try to help find similar frames and just asked me to find similar ones by myself! What he offered was: go find the same frame online with good luck, and he can help put the lens back.
