I've gotten my last two pairs of glasses from here, and I got excellent service both times. Yes, their frames do tend to run a little expensive, but I didn't feel any pressure to splurge. I chose the cheapest frame I looked at, and they didn't tsk or shame me or anything. And the optometrist was funny and affable, even when she realized I had filled out a form totally wrong and had to correct everything for me.

This place is a gem ! Talk about the warmest and highly prepared individuals in the vision and hearing field! The staff was so friendly and helpful with the widest selections in eye wear . Very modern and very very clean. I went with my four year old which they also catered to and made her feel very at ease, which at times children can get scared and feel uncomfortable and the young man who I believe is the manager was so kind and patient with her. This place is a definitely a must see.

Absolutely wonderful customer service and the doctor was also very helpful and giving us a complete and thorough exam. Salamae helped us with eyeglass fitting. Her years of experience was amazing! My daughter has a new eye dr and place while she attends TAMU!

Nicest people ever. I wish I could give 10 stars. We were in a bind and they were so accommodating. We are forever grateful!

I had such an enjoyable experience at Dr. Lancelin's office. The office was open, clean and informative to receive a new patient. It was nice to see that it wasn't overbooked, only myself and another gentleman was there waiting for the Doctor. The lovely receptionist was so joyful and welcoming. She explained all that was going to happen, was very calming to me since I have never been to an Optometrist for myself before. The lovely Doctor was very prompt after my intake pictures with the receptionist. She was just as enjoyable as well as informative and well educated. I definitely felt inadequate from not checking my eye health before...my eyes have diminished drastically very quickly, the Doctor was very understanding of my feelings and made me so happy I began my eye health journey now. She gave me so much information that I so appreciate which will totally help me better my confidence that my quality of eyes will improve and educated me so that I will definitely forward her education to others...so others know the importance of routine eye checkups and getting the help from intelligent Doctors like Dr. Lancelin. I encourage all to come to this wonderful office....your life will greatly benefit from this experience. I am so excited to get my new glasses soon!! Thank you very helping me get my sight corrected! Always a comfort to have Dr Surti and staff give me their professional time and attentiveness to evaluate my vision. They have kept me abreast of my conditions and treatment. They manage my visit with a timely process that is welcomed. The staff is great!

Absolutely loved going there. They are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed going for my first appointment today i have never been to an eye doctor that actually helps you pick the best options when it comes to pricing until I went to Optique today it was very affordable. Great experience. Thoughtful staff, clean facility (they could use a little update on the furniture- no hate!!) many options for glasses, quick and painless. Great all around!
