Dr. Emily is just the best!

Doctors service are always Excellent and Professional. My dislike is LensCrafters tactics of up selling. I can no longer afford Lencrafters price structure and quite frankly a little annoyed at the fact that even with vision insurance I always end up paying more money out the pocket than I should. Moving forward I will be test other markets such as Costco, Walmart and many online retailers where there isn’t a inflated mark up and premium for add features.

Had a routine exam at Costco Riverbank with Dr. Admire. She could barely see something in the back of my left eye. Pursued it got further pictures. Sent them to a retina specialists and was calling me in 2 hrs to give me a plan!!! I just say the specialist in Modesto and had quick laser to secure the tear. No detachment!!! Thanks so much Dr. Admire, I give you 5 plus stars!!!!

First time visit and we had a positive experience. We needed a to be seen quickly and was able to schedule. Dr was very thorough and addressed my issues. Staff is friendly, attentive and professional. Much better than the Costco exam we had last time.

I called dozens of places looking for a place that takes Medi-Cal! I finally found this place and the receptionist was really nice and said that because of COVID-19 they’re not taking anybody new until December but she asked whoever was in charge to see if they can make an exception and whoever was in charge said no! I’m letting people know this because I wouldn’t want to go somewhere where the doctor is not helpful and they didn’t even tell me that they can take me at another time! Stay away!!

Kevin is amazing! Kevin set a welcoming tone from the moment of entering the exam room. Kevin also shared Dr. Ma had an emergent patient come in and that our wait might be on the longer than normal side. While we waited Kevin offered bottled water. Phemomenal!! Such care and and excellent experience for sure. Dr. Ma is also very caring, offering concise and full explanation and empathy to my Dads care and situation with taking care of his only seeing eye. Thank you so much for helping me care for my parents so well by caring so much as their healthcare providers. As a Kaiser employee, it is visits like today's experience that provide clout behind a statement of being a proud KP employee. -Alisa Valles

I have been coming to this place for years and I have nothing but kind things to say about them! They are so nice and they always compliment the frames I choose whenever I go in.

Dr. Heaton was awesome diagnosing my eye issues. He was super nice and very attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
