Almost everytime I go here to pick up my photos there is a issue they either can't find my photos or they look terrible the older associate behind the counter I feel bad for her she has to much responsibility and can't keep up if you guys can't handle simply developing a photo you need to do away with the service

I’ve only had outstanding experiences with Dr. Norman Liu and his team over the years! I see him regularly for routine exams and for all my eye conditions, including cataract surgery, which was expertly smooth, fast, and successful. My vision is bright, clear, and perfectly focused. I can’t thank Dr. Liu enough for giving me back my sight!

The staff was super helpful and friendly. My made 6 year old's appointment smooth and easy.

Thank you to Dr. Wiley for sending me to Dr. Milam for my eye issue. All of the eye docs and staff have been excellent care givers. Dr.Milam is just fantastic, answering all of our questions with patience and kindness. He reassured us during a stressful time; I absolutely would send everyone with eye problems to him. We trust him and value him; thank goodness for surgeons like Dr. Milam.

I am from out of town, the airlines lost my bags which held my Contacts. These wonderful people let use some of their trial lenses while I wait for my bags to come in. I can not see well at all with out my contacts and thanks to them I can … More

Great office! I was in my appointment on time. All the staff from the reception ship, to the nurse, doctors, and eye glass specialist were beyond courteous. Each employee really took their time to get to know me as I was a new patient. Questions were answered in great detail and I did not feel rushed or like my questions weren’t important. I worked with Dawn to pick out the perfect frames and ‘extras’ that I wanted on my lenses. I was not high pressured at all when choosing. Dawn took great care to keep me in my budget and wildly satisfied in what I chose. My family and I will continue to be patients there.

Lack of compassion for the Customers true needs

I cannot recommend Dr. Fuerst enough! She went above and beyond to figure out what condition my daughter has, finding the best specialist that my daughter can see out of state and speaking with him as soon as she could. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without Dr. Fuerst. We will continue to see her until my daughter cannot see her anymore.

Dr. Yousif was very pleasant. She was easily to talk with about your eye issues. Dr. Yousif explained the problem where you could understand what was going with my eyes. The staff was very professional and gave you a smile.

Really Respect Dr. Ho Sun C. I trust him with my vision challenges He’s not an Optometrist~~ he’s a Doctor of Ophthalmology. Always good to go to ⬆️ as they’re more educated and “”” Equipped to know what needs to be done. Luv him Thank you to him ⬆️🌞🤩☮️

Dr.Barber was warm, gracious, and above all very competent. The techs/sale staff were less "pushy" and aggressive then it used to be, which I highly appreciate. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
