be leary of this tso ,my wife went there 1,5 years ago due yo my wife compliang of glasses i decided to take her to another tso and comes to find out that the prescription she was given was completely wrong ,then new tso i went to corrected and my wife is able to see with no headaches or blurry in vision that other tso said was normal since she started wearing glasses, thanks sugarland tso we will not be doing business with you anytime soon

One of the best Pearle Vision experiences I’ve had! After going to a different pearle for my last appointment and having a terrible experience I was hesitant to go back, but I’m so glad I did! Each and every person I interacted with was so helpful, nice, and patient with me. I will excitedly return to this location!

front desk lady is absolutely amazing!! You don’t find people nowadays that seem genuine and take the time to speak to you as a customer. Very thorough and patient with me and my daughter, I was VERY impressed. I came in wanting to schedule an appointment for me and my daughter and really took the time to explain to me my insurance information and when I called back again later on, made me feel a lot better about coming in due to COVID concerns for my family, I believe she said her name was Nichole??? I normally dont write reviews but will definitely be returning, prices were competitive with some other offices as well

I love this place! The receptionist are very nice and professional! They took good care of my daughter and made her feel confident wearing glasses at such a young age! The glasses selection are really pretty and we picked out a pair that look really sophisticated on her 9 year old face! They granted the voucher I got from her school which covered her exam, lens, and glasses! Overall experience was great experience and great glasses!

The staff and drs are attentive and always ready to answer questions or concerns I may have about my eye health. They have become like family. I have been a patient for more than yrs and I always leave happy. Thank you Drs and staff my eys appreciate your kindness and care.

They wont accept new patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Miller for many years. She is wonderful. She is very knowledgable and takes her time with my exam. She listens to my concerns and takes my other medical issues into consideration. I recommend her to anyone who needs to see an eye specialist. Her staff are wonderful as well.

The staff at the office is usually pretty great. The woman who checked me in has been there before and is always supportive and friendly. (I’m drawing a blank on her name). Amanda was very sweet and professional, as was the nice man who “took the pictures” of my eyes before I went into the room. Dr. Tisdale seems thorough and gives plenty of time to talk. My only complaint was when leaving I had to wait for the other receptionist to get off of the phone to check me out. Almost seemed like she was on a personal call. I left to call them back for another appointment.
