I’ve been going to Dr. Hill for years now. I’ve never had him rush me through. He’s very thorough and efficient. I’m one of those picky patients and he works really well with me. He’s very kind, patient, and understanding about any concerns.

Horrible - they charged me cash price- even when I had told them I have an insurance. They said they will take the cash since there’s no one to process in the office and they had promised me that they will take care of it the next day and return the cash. It’s been over a month and a half since I visited. Every time I call, there’s a new receptionist and they said they will take care of it - they never did.

I had a bad experience last year. I ordered Contact lenses on august 2022 and only received in January 2023! I had a new appointment as couple weeks ago and I cancelled the appoint because of their customer service. So, I decided to give them a new chance and I went there again. The doctor is awesome, but their staff is horrible! I have a really good insurance, and I know that I would be covered, but the lady who helped me had a mistake, and I noticed she tried to fix, but the guy, which I don’t know his name, but he is Hispanic guy, told the lady charge him! And the lady was trying to fix… his answer? If he already paid his deductible part ( witch I did) there is nothing we can do, tell him that he needs to pay for his contacts. I felt disrespected and made me feel that they only care about money, I did not felt a valuable customer at all. In the end, I walked away without the money that I put it in and also without order my contacts. I have been their customer since the location was inside the mall. I would not recommend them at all.

Was due for an eye exam and new glasses and decided to try a Tara’s. Great choice. They were extremely helpful in picking out frames. They did the “shopping” for me, which was extremely helpful since some frames are bigger/smaller and fit differently. When I went in to pick up the glasses, they took the time to fit them to my face and make all the adjustments needed. Definitely a better experience than at the previous place I went, which didn’t help with picking out frames and didn’t even make any adjustments or even give me the chance to try them on before they were helping other people. Definitely recommend Tara’s.

Needed new Diva like glasses to enhance my new attitude! Elyse and staff were very patient, professional and helped me through the experience! I was met with smiles and left happy with my choice! I feel Fabulous and will get another pair since a gal like me needs more lovely options!

Good selection of frames, though limited, was available for the coupon deal that I had. I was with an associate in a timely manner. She did struggle when trying to apply my coupon deal but a more experienced associate was able to help. I had both pairs of glasses in less than 24 hours and picking them up was quick and easy. I will definitely use Visionworks in the future.
