Great place. They treated me with respect and professionalism. Dr. Mike operated on my eyes and every thing came out perfect. The staff very attentive. I really like this place.

The staff was so helpful with my dad and I last weekend helping him pick out the perfect frames and lenses. He said he can see better than ever before!!!! Thank you Lisa and team! And Dr Drew is awesome!!! Very knowledgeable and helpful!!!

Excellent Doctor Care by Dr. Ngyuen. I would have given it a 5 star if I didnt have to redo the forms again specially after being told i could do it on there website after i made the appointment. Other than that this is an execellent location to those who just moved here like me. Highly recommend this Optometry.

Waited 1-2 hours past appointment time for my daughter to be seen both times. When I asked the receptionist how much longer she stated that a 2 hour wait after appointment time is normal. Their process had no respect or consideration for my time away from work or the time my daughter had to miss school. I would not recommend coming here solely based on their inefficient scheduling and the incredibly long wait times.

was a very long examination. The staff tried to do their best, pushing it along and gave an alternate way of dealing with the last part of the test the girls there were really great and the doctor was very nice kind and informative.

I am new to the area and needed an eye doctor for me and my 8 yr old daughter. The initial call was easy and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The visit itself was delightful. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The doctor was amazing - very good for my daughter - straight forward, kind and effortless with children. Easy for me as well. Answered questions directly and got me what I needed.

If you have difficult and complex problems with your vision; Dr. Richheimer is the absolute BEST surgeon! I had a detached retina, cataracts and my eyes were so bad my contact prescription was -13.00. I could not be more happy with my results! Now my vision is 20/20 without glasses and I can read fine print without any problems. If you need cataract surgery Mile High Eye Institute is the only call you need to make. The timely and concise communication from Dr. Richheimer and his staff put me at ease, plus the surgery was quick and painless. I also highly recommend spending the extra money and getting multifocal lenses, I can see near, medium and at a distance without any issues. Waking up every morning to perfect vision is almost unbelievable given how bad my eyes were previously. Many, many thanks to Dr. Richheimer for restoring my eyesight!!!😀

Everyone in the office were professional, friendly and patient. I was seen at the time of my appointment. I didn't have to wait. The first desk receptionist was wonderful and greeted you the minute you walked up to the window. The doctor explained everything in a way I could easily understand him. Overall it was a great experience.

Dr. Bisek is a great optometrist and a very nice guy. He’s thorough and explains what he’s doing and why. Plus he has the coolest tools!

Bad customer service!!! I had an appointment and waited over 45 minutes, and when receptionist couldn't answer my question about my wait time, I just left. So unprofessional!! .
