Dr. Wong is the absolute best! If you have littles that need an exam he is fantastic with children no matter the age! Dr. Wong goes beyond the surface in an exam. He puts you at ease, he is into eye care and eye health. We’ve been going for some years now and service just gets better. He also has a growing team of assistants and workers, Aaron is awesome! Call Michigan Eye Consultants, you will be glad you did!

I have no idea what the optometrist is like at all. The gatekeeper for this office might be the worst person I've ever met. She was rude with every word that left her mouth. She acted like I would know exactly how this clinic works. When I asked her a question, sir told me to sit down and wait to be called. I was there at 0800, but apparently that wasn't early enough and I was put on a waiting list. About an hour later, I learned I likely wouldn't be seen until two hours from that point. A THREE HOUR WAIT. And there was no way to make an appointment. The rude lady finally informed me that I was supposed to arrive BEFORE they even open up in order to be seen within a decent amount of time. I didn't have 4 hours to spend waiting for the eye doctor. What a ridiculous system. I then informed rude lady that I would be leaving and she could take me off her waiting list. Her reaction was to yell at me in front of the entire waiting room that I needed to give her my last four. Like disabled vets need any more shenanigans in our lives. What a total waste of time.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I received wonderful options on lenses and contacts.

Great staff and care for eye health. A yearly check up for 25 years. I recommend them highly with a Riverside and Moreno Valley offices.

Wrote me the wrong script; went back and said my left eye was still not seeing clear and said it was something I was doing, rude staff. Went to a different optometrist who wrote me the correct script and went back to get my glasses script … More

My late wife and I have been seeing Dr. Kha since she opened her practice. Personable and professional, our children are quite comfortable with her and the staff having been patients since they were little.

For the last 20 years I have been going yearly to random optometrist for my contact lenses prescription. I can honestly say with Dr. Gallia it was a truly different experience. It was the best doctors office visit I have had with any kind of dr or dentist, and I definitely will only be going to her in the future. As a business owner myself I felt inspired to do better myself in my own work. I don’t want to leave out her staff; everyone was truly friendly and pleasant. It’s rare for the entire staff to be on the same page as far as customer service. Deserves 10 stars out of 5!!

Even though I no longer live close by, this Eyestyles is my go-to for eye glasses frames just due to the variety of quality frames they have in stock. Also, their customer service is always so on-point and professional! I’ve come back here to get cleanings and adjustments on my frames so many times.
