My wife and I saw Dr.Lapour as new patients. He and the office staff were polite, professional and efficient. We received results immediately from our eye exams, in clear straightforward manner. This doc exceeded our expectations, and was much more pleasant than our old doc in WA. Highly recommend.

My experience here was great, especially the costumer service. I was unsure with my old frames that I purchased so I went back in a week and asked if I can get them in a different color. I was able to get new ones as an exchange for free. They treat costumers with such respect and kindness. I recommend here for any purchase.

Great experience. The appointment took 45 minutes from check in time thru process of ordering my new glasses. Markita is very efficient. She advised on the frames before my prescription was updated therefore eliminating waiting time during the ordering process. Kudos.

My Fiance and I went to LensCrafters to get him and I new sunglasses his with prescription. Kristen and Maria were the Associates that helped us. Both were wonderful they explained everything they were doing and helped us find the right frames and styles. I would definitely say if I could give them a 10 I would both are wonderful people.

I recently visited the Advanced Eye Physicians office and had a great experience. The entire visit was quick and seamless. The staff was friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of eye care. Dr. Tsai was not only very nice but also exceptionally professional, making the visit a pleasant and reassuring one.

I have never bought my contacts or eyeglasses anywhere but the optometrist’s office. I can’t believe the amount of money I saved!! I even had to have the lenses corrected because the optometrist wrote my prescription incorrectly and Costco corrected the error with no charge! I’m a repeat customer now!,

Everyone at Southlake Optometry was courteous and incredibly helpful. Dr. Moores is wonderful! So glad I found them and will be sending friends and family their way.

Takes 2,3,4 months to get an appt. I was first sent to a neurologist who hasn’t done anything after three or four visits no tests nothing. They are habitual at calling you leaving a message. They don’t tell you a department that they’re in what they’re calling about or anything else and when you try to call back, you can’t get through the auto attendant. Very frustrating. Sends me right to the moon. So I finally got through after the fourth try and the person who answered the phone had no idea who the person was why they called what department I am so done with them.

The office staff is welcoming, efficient and courteous. Dr. Kurz explained the options available to correct my eye condition so that I could make an informed decision regarding the care. I appreciated his thorough and friendly manner.
