Came in 4 minutes late after driving 2 hours to appt and was met with you’re late and will have to reschedule - they absolutely don’t care one bit about keeping your business - I’ve been going here for 30 plus years and since Dr. Paye retired and sold - this is a very unprofessional atmosphere. Don’t waste your time.

Dr. Bridge and his staff are both very caring and professional. Dr Bridge makes sure any questions I have are answered to my understanding. It’s a great practice that I highly recommend.

Everything was great. Only issue is after visit new prescription was printed off in the optical business side. Myself and 6 other people waited over 10 mins for someone to appear in this area to give us our printed prescription. If not purchasing glasses there receptionist desk should be able to print or retrieve.

I was completely blown away by this practice. The techs were amazing, as well as Dr. Schulte. She not only listened to all my concerns, but she gave me samples for my concerns about eye allergies. The tech who helped me learn how to put contacts in was amazing as well. I did not feel pressured to purchase any absurd priced glasses, or contacts. I am so glad I found this practice.

I came in to get a pair of glasses for my grandson. At six, he’s very rough with his glasses and my daughter paid $200 a pair elsewhere, and waited days for them. I got two pairs, made in twenty-nine minutes for less than $180. And Sandra is amazing! The best customer service I’ve received in a long time!

I couldn't be happier with eyecarecenter. From the second I walked in the door , everyone was nice and treated me as a priority. The office is very clean, professional, and organized. Dr. Schorner is very personable and it's obvious how much she truly cares about her patients. I just wish I had found eyecarecenter years ago!
