I have been going Dr Kasper for a few years now I would never change doctors he is absolutely wonderful he's thorough he's my husband's hero he saved them with cataracts when my husband was almost blind I can't say enough of them I recommend everybody that reads this to give him a shot Kimberly a Berg Murray a very satisfied customer

Doctor Crawford always ensures that our eyes are healthy and our eyesight is dialed in! He recently found an obscure problem with my wife's eyesight and corrected it to perfection.

The worst and most unprofessional center! Nobody answer the phone. My mother, who is 80 years old, needed a procedure and they gave her an appointment 90 days later. Then, they called her to move the appointment 3 weeks later. When she finally went to the center, they told her that she was in the wrong location even if the paper they gave her had the North Miami address. The two girls at the front desk are disrespectful, unprofessional, and they lack class and any kid of education; it is a shame that a Medical Center has that kind of trashy people interacting with patients. Please, try to book your appointment somewhere else!

My daughter has been going to the office for the past 2 years. In February two days before my daughter’s appointment I called to see if I can make my other daughter an appointment. It was then that they told me that they were going to call me to cancel my appointment because my daughters doctor left. They then tell Me that they can’t reschedule her right now because they aren’t scheduling new appointments because they are being taken over by northwell and I should call back the end of march. So I’m like its 2 days before no on quests to have me yet, now your telling me call back the end of march and when I do that you will give me an appointment 6 months from now. Today I finally get through to the office and their next available is November (that would make it 14 months before my daughters eyes are examine)and there is nothing they can do to other then that to accommodate my daughter. I spoke to a manager whose response was the people that were here before were supposed to contact the patients and reschedule them to sooner appointment’s. I requested my daughters records and will be leaving their practice. Mind you I am a Northwell employee

This is the second time I’ve visited with Dr. Lee, and I’m never disappointed. Her and the staff always offer great service. Very personable and professional. I trust them with my vision health and needs.

Was scared of your inputs in the first place, was fortunate to visit a better eye doctor was completely different than my experience with yours,. Fortunately my eyesight is good and no surgery is needed for my eyes which you've suggested for.

They did a horrible job with mi wife glasses They said that going to repair them but they didn't do that much to fix them Is a paid service not asking for free stuff just do the job as is supposed Will never comeback good luck. Update: after 2 weeks their product get broken what a shame I wish we had the time to take it to consumers bureau protection
