As I have reached middle age, I visited an ophthalmologist because my eyes were constantly tired and frequently bloodshot. The location was convenient, and I was very satisfied with the examination, thanks to the doctor's thorough and detailed check-up and sufficient explanations. Thank you for examining not only my eye condition but also the optic nerve in detail.

Eyecare is fine, but billing and appointment practices are poor. Showed up for a followup and was told I could not be seen until I paid a minor charge for which I had not yet received a bill. Showed up for an appointment which was not on their schedule. Too bad they said.

My elderly grandma goes here and she doesn't understand a lot of english. I was trying to order her glasses and so had to get her prescription from them. I called in with her and they were not helpful at all and were very rude to me. They wouldn't give me the information I needed and talked to me like I was stupid. They kept some of the prescription from us and wouldn't help us because we were not buying glasses from them. As a familly on a low budget, we used our resources to try to get cheaper glasses elsewhere. As an eye doctor place, I thought they would help us out, but they just wanted money from her and they told me to "look at videos on my own how to measure." I knew this place is not helpful because I go to a different eye doctor place and they helped me get all the prescription I needed so I was able to order online easily without judgement. For those that go to Dr. Holt's just know they won't help you buy eyeframes elsewhere, only wants you to spend your money there. And if they did help you buy frames elsewhere, they must only take advantage of the elderly. Because as an Asian-American family, we have no idea what we did wrong to not get the help we needed.

Great fast service, with affordable prices. Got my appointment at 9:30 and by 10:30 I had my exam done and my contacts! Ready to go.

Dr. Did not know how to give me a proper prescription. I needed prism lenses. Sent in a technician who shoved large glasses into my brain shunt after being warned it was there and after 15 mins. Still couldn’t get it done. They 3 drs. gave me 3 different prescriptions and the optical store said that there were a lot of errors. I was there for several hrs. And got nothing accomplished. Just awful.

They deserve zero starts very unprofessional. The doctor was great however they don’t listen to you. I asked for glasses several times and made the appointment for glasses and they tried charging me for contacts. As well they tell you glasses take two weeks. Then when that day came “oh it takes 2 and a half weeks”. Then that day came oh it takes three weeks. They lied several times and when I got the glasses I received no help as well they gave me a broken case for them. No explanation on the warranty or anything. If possible go to Costco they’re fast and good. Also not overly expensive with or without insurance.

Dr. Bokowsky is very intelligent. He did cataract surgery on my left eye yesterday and so far I am very pleased with the results. His bedside manner varies from not very good to very good. The not very good seems to come when he is rushing between patients. He can tend to be brusque. It appears that his practice is overloaded. On two of my appointments I spent quite a bit of time waiting for him to come in. Today, on my follow up appointment, I waited an hour. He also seems to try to upsell services. Bottom line, seems to be excellent surgeon, but buried in the success of his practice.

Rebeca took care of me and was phenomenally helpful. This was the best experience I have ever had in finding eyeglasses and being fitted for the lenses. The service was responsive, thorough and friendly. I was incredibly impressed with how exact the process was for measuring for progressive lenses. All of my questions were answered and the advice I received was extremely helpful. What an amazing experience!

This was my first visit to Vision Park Family Eye Care. I was long overdue for an exam and had some concern with my vision. I am very pleased with the experience. Everyone was very friendly and personable. I got in for my exam within minutes of my arrival. The technician/assistant was awesome with a great sense of humor and helped calm my nerves. She and Dr. Groth both explained each procedure and let me know what was being done and why. I feel I had a very thorough examination that addressed all my concerns without feeling rushed out the door for the next patient. When it came time to pick my new glasses, all the options available were presented and explained and I was provided a statement, including my insurance coverage, showing exactly what I would be responsible for - and the prices were better than I was thinking(results will vary depending on your insurance). It was a great experience and I will continue to call Vision Park Family Eye Care for my eye care needs.

The best eye doctor I have been to in the Atlanta area. Every year I seem to go to a different eye doctor and this time I have definitely found the right place to be. Dr. Gamba is very good at what he does and you can tell cares about his work deeply.
