Dr. Herb Greenman; first I'll say "what a pleasant & pleasing personality he has!" He truly made my cataract surgery amicable and easygoing. Each & every office visit for postoperative follow ups was very proficient and he answered every questions I had, even the simplest ones! Dr. Herb Greenman (in my new eyes) is my "HERO" who made such an improvement in my "quality of Life!" God bless him and I truly thank him....The office staff was always accomodating and very professional & pleasant. They are the best Dr.'s and staff that I've experienced here in Charlotte!..."Hats off to Dr. Herb Greenman and his staff & I would recommend them to anyone!"

What a great place to go. Such a awesome Dr. I had my eyes checked at the eye specialist and had cataract surgery on both eyes at the surgery center, No sedation. He is the best, most polite, caring Dr. I highly recommend him. The staff at both places were outstanding.

This is the most thorough eye doctor I have ever been to. She listens to what you say, does not dismiss your concerns. She has a very warm, welcoming demeanor. You can tell she cares and takes her job seriously. You are very comfortable with her.

My first time time at this place. Everything was great until I have to purchase my eyeglasses. They push you into ordering the cheaper quality frames for a really high prices . I waited 7 days to get my prescription glasses , i sooner I put them on the lenses fell off. They sent it back , waited another 7 days , still the same the lenses were falling off. I spoke to the office manager about getting a refund, it took several phone call until she refunded my credit card. She is very rude and kept hanging up the phone on me or wouldn’t answer my phone calls.don’t come here for your your prescription eyeglasses, they use a really horrible cheap glasses lab.

Hit the vision urgent care for an eye infection/irritation. Great facility, in and out was way easier than expected. The parking garage was conveniently located and I was seen quickly. Left with a solid treatment plan. I can't say that it was an enjoyable experience due to the reason I was there but it went about as smooth as possible. Highly recommend going there if needed.

First off they cancelled my first appointment really close to the time my appointment was via voicemail/text after I told them I had lost my phone and to delete the number and contact me through E-mail, so I showed up and my appointment had been cancelled and the soonest they could fit me in was a week out, second these are my first pair of glasses and after doing the exam and talking with them we decided I just needed reading glasses no biggy .....they ordered the glasses not even to my prescription (too light)and I still couldn't read and they texted me again when my glasses came in instead of contacting me via E-mail like I had asked them to do 3 times now so I had to contact them to find out if my glasses came in, thirdly they never tried or offered to fit them to my head correctly and they were too small and bends were sitting on my ears all crooked no one said anything they just wooshed me out the door. never have I felt more disregarded from an establishment trying to sell me goods and services, I will never go back and I will recommend to family and friends to spend their money elsewhere.

I have been attended by the Physicians and Surgeons of this fine establishment for over 7 years. They have successfully navigated my difficult eye ailment throughout these years. I say they because I have literally been cared for by over 5 of them although Dr. Shamil Patel is my attending physician. I am extremely happy that I was recommended to this fine establishment and would recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, professional, and caring Physicians and Surgeons. Please keep in mind that this type of care comes at a cost. You will have to sacrifice some of your time to get this type of attention. My scheduled appointments are rarely ever on time; however, if the same type of care given to me is given to others I'm okay with waiting! And I am 100% positive that's the case.

Great experience at California Eyewear. The lady who assisted me was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. My repairs were completed in under 5 minutes. Outstanding service—I’ll definitely be back!
