Never been a customer. Walked in and asked if I could just get my nose pads replaced because I lost one this afternoon. Anthony took my glasses, replaced them, and handed them back. When I asked how much I owed, he said $0. Very impressed. Highly recommend.

Do not go to the MyEyeDr in Hamilton. I had scheduled an eye exam for an urgent matter (vision issue after trauma to the eye) online. I received a call stating that there was an error in the computer system and I would have to reschedule. I explained my urgent situation to the receptionist and Dr. Reffner still refused to squeeze me in. There is no compassion at this office and if you ever have an actual issue, you can never be seen. The last time this happened, it was my prior eye doctor that I hadn’t seen in over 10 years due to moving away that still squeezed me in to see me and I ended up needing surgery. So there has been two times this office has failed a patient. I don’t know how many times I sacrificed my time for a patient in need. That’s what healthcare is.

Went to Walmart Vision Center on Colony St at 2:00pm on Friday. No one there . No one answered the phone. No voice mail. Waited a half an hour. No one showed up.

Excellent customer service. I needed my glasses repaired before traveling and barely made it to them just minutes before closing and they helped me. Ty was amazing and took her time to repair my glasses correctly, was super friendly and informative and didn't make me feel like I was imposing whatsoever (even though I sort of was lol.) I apologized to another woman working there and she made me feel comfortable and essentially said it was no big deal. They've been exceptionally polite and professional every time I visit. Visit this place today. I had my doctor’s prescription. I wanted to buy a new pair of eye glasses. Person on reception told me that I need to have an appointment to person who can help me to choose glasses. I told ok, but first (before I make an appointment) I want to see what frames they have (maybe I don’t like any frame and don’t need to make any appointment) and received the answer that they don’t allow to see the frames. It is ridiculous.

I went here a week ago and told Michelle from the optical center that America's best was going to be faxing them my prescription. I get there and she tells me it just came in but they can't honor it because it says "expired" on the sheet.. … More

Receiving glasses from the nmb eye center came with amazing customer service including the store staff and helpful management, such as Robbins who assisted me through every step of the process and provided me with quality glasses that I look forward to using for a very long time.

Julie did an amazing job. I walked in and needed an extra screw for my glasses because the temple came out and she adjusted it in less than 5 minutes! Thank you!! :)
