No sign of Dr. Ferrari anywhere and the ladies running the place are rude, spiteful, bitter, and resentful. It was like pulling teeth to get my glasses adjusted properly and I was made to feel like I was worthless and that as long as the glasses are good enough it's fine. Miserable people who have no business handling such a delicate matter that affects our daily lives for years to come.

I actually went to see Dr. Wolfe for issues with my right eye, but upon further examination, I had a tear in my left retina! I had a procedure done within an hour to fix it! I'm so glad I went there!!!

Walking into Pearle Vision at Strongsville has always been a great experience. I have been going to them for a couple of years now and just enjoy working with Shannon. She is so pleasant and patient. Thank you, Shannon, for making my glasses shopping experience enjoyable.

Great doctors, very professional, excellent service. I now live in Florida however My husband and I still come for our yearly eye check up with Dr. Anthony Panariello or Dr. Betty Cervenak. We also purchase both regular glasses as well sunglasses from them ,they stand behind what they sell. Very fair prices.

Came in to get a prescription, and ended up staying for 4 hours with them continuously dilating and numbing my eyes. Left with the old prescription because "You can see so well out your old glasses there's no need to get a new prescription." They preformed an exam as if they was my primary doctor (Dr. Chau) would which wasn't needed. They was residents and I was there for a new prescription and to have my pd numbers measured. NONE OF WHICH I RECIEVED. Horrible eye clinic to be at, patients yelling across the hall, and walking in your room asking for things. The residents will say 10 minutes and be 2 hours. Meanwhile laughing at jokes in the hallway with other residents while peering into your room, as if they are daring you to say something. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A PRESCRIPTION, ONLY COME IF YOU MUST TO SEE THE DOCTORS. Oh and they didn't even validate my parking garage ticket.

I am from Salt Lake City, Utah If you are out of state and need help with eye care. This is definitely the location! I could not be more grateful for this location after many optical locations that could not help me. 5 stars all around!

Very happy with the news I received today from Dr C. My first time in 15 weeks without having an Eylea injection. I was thrilled. Praying this drug solves my issue.

Great Visit as always. Staff and Technician were all professional and courteous. Dr Cheung was very thorough in explaining the cataract surgery and various options. I have full confidence in his ability to perform the procedure with optimum results. Thank you!
