Dr. Friedman is a great listener. I've always found him very willing to work with me to come up with the best solutions for my various needs, be it driving, working on the computer, or seeing a menu in a restaurant. I highly recommend Gateway.

I’ve been up there twice and they’ve been closed both times so forget about their hours that they show on the Internet. It might be a good place to go to, but that’s a little ridiculous.

Lauren was so helpful today answering all my questions and even cleaned my glasses for me while I looked around!

Dr. Gitchell was the best! She was extremely patient with all my questions and gave me the most accurate eye exam I've ever had. She explained every aspect of the extremely detailed exam in great detail. Her thoroughness and genial approachability made the whole process a breeze. Great staff, very friendly, extremely professional. Top recommendation!

Dr. Nola was very welcoming and professional. Teresa was very welcoming right when you walk in made me feel immediately at ease. I have been to many different eye doctors and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Can't recommend this clinic enough!

I was scheduled for a 4 PM and promptly seen by a technician. I then waited over an hour in an exam room to be seen by Dr. Dunham. I eventually walked out. My experience was consistent with other reviews here. Dr. Dunham is a kind man but his practice administration needs help. A patient’s time is also valuable and that should be respected.

My experience here was great from making my initial appointment the woman got me in with no problem got in to my appointment waited less then 5minutes to be seen and was helped with picking out my glasses over all I had a great experience and would recommend them to the people I know. This is a great practice. The people are nice and welcoming. The doctors are top notch. They have the latest technology, a wide variety of eyeglass frame options, and reasonable pricing. If you're in the area, I strongly recommend checking them out.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with choosing your frames taking that extra mile to make you feel comfortable and satisfied. The Doctor was very attentive and made you feel at ease as he checked your eyes as he explained what he doing during testing. Highly recommend them for your eye care.
