Dean is a great eye doctor .

came here last year, and they refused to give me my medical records until I paid for my very expensive glasses. I have been trying to call this number to get my lens prescription again and they never pick up their phone. Please do not shop here. Get a place recommended by your insurance. They also refuse to show you the glasses that your insurance will pay for. however, the doctor that did my eye exam was amazing and informative

After 20 years as a customer, I will be going elsewhere to purchase new glasses. Last week I spent nearly $700.00 on two pairs of glasses (that's after insurance and the "deal" on my Transitions pair). However, one of the pairs of glasses just don't fit right. I've gone back twice. The second time I was told I could spend another $30.00 and buy new frames or get half my money back ($115) on the frames that don't fit correctly. When I explained that I wanted all my money back, Star told me "we don't do that." "So," I replied, "I have no choice but to either pay more money or get less money back, if I want to just walk away?" Her response? "Pretty much." I realized then that my business doesn't matter and that I don't matter. I will continue to work with Dr. Praeger, but will no longer purchase glasses from the optical shop.

From the moment I walked the door I met with friendly staff members. Everything worked so smoothly. Dr Klein is very compassionate Dr, He explains everything to help your decision.

Dr. Lutz was excellent, very courteous and through. He answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable. He is very sincere and professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!! Thank you!

So impressed with Verdier Eye Center and especially Dr. Mckey. He’s been personable and informative every step of the way and helped me make an informed decision regarding cataract surgery. The surgical center experience was very smooth efficient and warm. Even the anesthesiologist was humorous and compassionate. My vision is greatly improved, and I couldn’t ask for anything more!

Very helpful office staff. Service was right on time. Dr. Ward himself was quite professional, very knowledgeable, and also personable: showed me the relevant pictures on the computer so that I could see what he was seeing; explained at least one misconception I had very ably but not condescendingly. I'll be happy to see him (and the staff) again.
