My wife and and are are so pleased with the level of service we received after her eye injury. We have been in the area for years and both wear glasses but never found a place we would consistently consider until now. From the moment we called we knew we found the BEST!

To start, this is NOT a fake positive review since it was brought up in a recent post. I've been coming here for years and get good service from all staff I've encountered including the Optometrist Dr. Brooks. Today that changed, I received stellar VIP service from the receptionist and the Optician Tech (Bryce). A lens came out of my frame and I knew all the super glue in the world was not going to fix it. I walked in this afternoon and let the receptionist know I was in a jam due to a company wide business meeting this Monday. She promised to have Bryce work me in, he was a bit jammed right after lunch but he did get to them pretty fast considering is other demands and fixed them right up. I will continue to come to this office even though it's a bit of a drive because of service like I received today.

Very great optometry clinic. Shai and the team were so helpful and kind. Reasonably priced frames, and the team was so nice to work with my tricky insurance. They even helped me decide between frames and made me feel so comfortable and friendly and honest. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great doctor and professional team.

Best customer service experience by Brian. Went into the store with the intention of getting my eyeglasses repaired that I've had for 5 years. Unfortunately they were unable to repair them same day. I did end up finding a new frame eyeglasses which I am very happy with and since it was an emergency he was able to get the eyeglasses back to me within the hour over all very impressed and it's always good to have help from an experienced and knowledgeable person with a great personality.

The experience was fantastic. The exam was thorough, and everything was explained extremely well and in a way I could understand. I would definitely recommend people to come here and not elsewhere.

My experience is based on the quality of the service I received when I called and walked in on a weekend afternoon. First, I called and the receptionist could not have been nicer which is rare in south Florida, most times I call places and they never answer the phone and if they do they seem annoyed and have absolutely no phone manners or etiquette. It was nice to receive great customer service from the beginning. I needed a pair of glasses I had bought last year repaired and a new screw put in the arm of it. Everyone in the location was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help me! I spent time looking for new frames also and Niurka and the team were immensely helpful with looking up my benefits and helping find frames to fit my face shape while also helping me repair my current glasses and process an insurance claim to replace them. All of my questions were answered and trust me, I have a lot lol. She even handled an issue with the replacement of my glasses after I left the store. I had such an amazing experience that even though I am not 100% set on a pair of new frames from their location that I have been looking for a frame to purchase and take into them to handle my lenses since they were extremely professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with. I should have written down the other ladies names as they deserve to be called out by name for excellent service as well. That is my fault for not doing so.

Waited on hold for almost 10 minutes to make an appointment for an exam just to end up getting a message from the operator saying “the party you dialed is busy.” Needless to say, I did not call back to make an appointment

Great surgeon and technicians but terrible scheduling team. So unorganized and never can get a hold of anyone for medication refill needed before surgery. Can’t give you a time in a reasonable timeframe or information required for your surgery.

The provider that worked today and treated our son was absolutely horrible. Zero bedside manner, has no patience or tolerance for dealing with children-and that’s precisely the type of patient she sees! She was aggressive and rough with our son even when he was listening to her instructions. She was rough and not kind with him at all. We will never return to this practice for our care. Keep your kids away!

the receptionists were cute and helpful. usually a bit of a wait for the doctor but its not that bad. twice i've had eye irritation/infection and she prescribed me the right medicinal eye drops that solved the problem.

wow, what a pleasant experience. The staff and the doctor was outstanding. They were very thorough and they made you feel comfortable and welcome, and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They fixed my glasses at no charged ! two thumbs up great place !!!
