The surgery went relatively smoothly (I'm now 20/20+ but I have inflammation in one eye and my regular eye doc had to give me an Rx for it) but I had a terrible experience. The tech who did my assessment didn’t know how to use the machines because she normally works in NYC and needed help with what buttons to push. This place is a conveyer belt - the docs don’t talk to you, don’t tell you what they’re doing, they just lay you down and zap you with no words exchanged. The follow-up appointment which (per the paperwork we signed) is supposed to be 24 hours later literally happens 15 minutes after your procedure. It was cheap but in hindsight not worth the risks. If something went wrong I would have 0 support as they are only in the Syracuse building a few days a month.

Dr Spitzer was wonderful with my son. He suffered a broken orbital and needed an exam to be sure the vision/eye was not impacted. He was able to reassure us there was nothing to be worried about. We went during COVID and all safe practices were in place. Wonderful experience

Great experience! Dr. Wafa was so kind and explained everything in detail as to why my eyes were constantly tearing and irritated. The dry eye assessment was super easy and I'm really excited to start my treatments. I highly recommend going to visit Eye Q Optical if you think you have dry eye!

This place is great. Will be my new eye doctor going forward. It's a husband and wife team. Dr. Najjar was professional and kind and helped with a complex eye prescription issue I have. His wife runs the front desk. She is organized and efficient. Great experience taking care of my needs. Thank you!

I had worn glasses most of my life. I have to wear reading glasses but now I don't have to search for my glasses to see what's in front of me. Dr. Brian M., Linda, and staff were informative and made my experience a smooth transition.

Dr Jeffrey Stephens has been my eye doctor for more than 20 years. He is thorough and answers my questions. He performed Lasik surgery for me years ago which was successful. The entire staff is courteous.

Dr. Young and Jasmine are both amazing! Dr. Young is very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. She was friendly and make us feel very comfortable. Jasmine helped put my son at ease and was very helpful in picking out glasses for him. We felt like we are in great hands. Thank you so much for taking care of all our eye care needs. I’ve been seeing Dr. Martocci for well over ten years now and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She’s extremely professional and knowledgeable but also fun! She was so patient with me when I switched over to contacts from glasses, taking the time to personally help me learn how to get them into and out of my eyes comfortably. Her staff are courteous and sharp. I’ve always had a wonderful experience, a lot of these reviews are old and don’t reflect the current practice.
