The person I saw before the doctor was really friendly. The doctor I saw was also really friendly and provided thorough answers to my questions. The sales rep I worked with to get my frames was a God send, as I truly needed help, and Kathleen helped me find the right frames for me and was super friendly and made the visit pretty awesome. Kathleen is an asset to your company.

I lost my glasses at the beach while on vacation. Luis at Lens Crafters went above and beyond to create a replacement pair for me based on my most recent prescription & the style of my old frames. This process was effortless as all I had to do was pick them up. Luis absolutely saved the day! Thank you!!!

The prescription was perfect. Lens quality is great. I decided that I did not like my frames after the first few days and was able to make a swap to a different frame. That's a nice option to have because you never know if the frame will be to your liking until you wear it a few times. I will pay a little extra for having that option.

This post is long overdue. I have been coming here for the last two and half years. The staff are very professional and caring. Marty retired late last year and she was awesome. They are honest and tells you what you need not trying to sell you more. Dr. Silva and Marie are also very good. The glasses are a little on the expensive side for me but it balances out with the great service. Support local business!
