My appointment was a solid 5+ star. I give the office 4 star for the difficulty in contacting and getting an appointment/call backs at the beginning of this process. Dr. Green is new to this practice but she is clearly a top expert in her field. She is kind and supportive with you when testing (especially when the testing is irritating and challenging for the patient). She had two assistants that did a lot of the testing and they were warm, hard working and very interested in doing a great job for the practice and patient. I was pleasantly surprised with the superior level of expertise from Dr. Green. She tested me as well and was laser focused, professional and I felt safe & supported throughout. I’ve had many years of vision challenges and she was able to discover things others have sadly missed/overlooked/didn’t bother testing for over the years. They were extremely thorough with my intake, I did not feel rushed and I felt like they were sincerely interested in me as a patient and discovering what was wrong to help heal me. Wow, right? Originally, it was very hard to make and get an appointment, but I’m so glad I persisted! What a positive and powerful experience. You would be extremely lucky to be in the hands of Dr. Green and her staff.

DR. ZIMMERMAN SAVED MY LIFE!! This is not an exaggeration I was having terrible issues with balance, coordination, dizziness, headaches, and double vision to the point where I couldn’t drive, work, or walk unassisted. I also couldn’t read. This came on suddenly and unexpectedly over the span of a few weeks. I was originally sent to a different Neuro ophthalmologist by my neurologist who couldn’t find out the cause of my double vision but then I was referred to Dr. Zimmerman by my vestibular therapist and Dr. Zimmerman did the most thorough eye exam I have ever had in my life and was able to diagnose my binocular vision disorder and prescribe me prism glasses that instantly boosted my recovery the moment I got my glasses!!! These glasses are life changing!! Within seconds of trying the lenses for the fitting in the office I felt immediate relief of my symptoms! I didn’t want to take them off! Waiting for the lenses to come in was agony! Once the glasses came in, my progress in vestibular therapy increased exponentially and I have continued to exceed expectations. My doctors didn’t think I would be able to fully recover to my full activities. It’s now 7 months later and I feel better than I ever have in my entire life. I can do all of my normal activities, exercise like I used to, and see with a clarity that I have never seen before in my life! It is insane! I’m almost 40 and I never knew the world could look like this! Dr. Zimmerman is out here saving lives!! And the rest of the team is amazing too! Deborah at the front desk has the patience of a saint and always finds a way to fit me in for an appointment. And Heather who does the lens measurements is one of the most amazing people I have ever met in my life!!! She is so sweet and so knowledgeable! I love chatting with her! Also, I didn’t even know all of the tints you can get for glasses! I work in buildings with fluorescent lighting and I get rose tinted lenses which really help with the glare. They also help with driving clarity! Then I have a special purple like tint for my lenses that I use for my computer. Seriously I have never been so excited for glasses in my life. I have so many pairs. Ones for different outfits. Back up pairs. Reading glasses. Sunglasses. And I plan on getting more in the future. Even if you don’t think you may have a type of binocular vision disorder, I still highly recommend the Neuro Visual Center. The best eye exam in the world. The best eye doctors in the world ( I haven’t personally seen Dr. Israeloff but she is amazing too)! Trust me, it will change your life!!! I went in there thinking my life was over. Unable to walk, drive, work, or do anything on my own. Now, just 7 months later, not only am I back to my old routine, I feel and see even better than I have in my entire life. I cannot thank them enough. :)

Most of the time when I have a procedure done my blood pressure is very high. Not today the 23rd of June. All the staff that took care of me were so professional and kind and caring. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease. A great experience. From the nurses that checked me in to the surgery and recovery. Everyone made my time there a good experience. Thank you.

This place stole 2600 from my HRA account 8 months ago and still they claim they never received the money. The CYC people told him that he had to issue a refund which he never did. See you in court JO

I absolutely loved this location!!!! I came from americas best and it was a 360 degree experience. Dr. Hodge (I believe was his name) took his time during my exam. It wasn’t rushed and he actually listened until thing’s literally became clear! The front office was helpful when it came time to pick out my frames. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Needed to get my mother an eye doctor as soon as possible , at the request of her Primary Care Physician, to detect possible and serious eye damage. I found out that it’s not easy to find a place on a Saturday morning that would have same day availability. I was extremely lucky that Dr. Vida was able to see her right away! She did a very detailed examination, with compassion and understanding, never rushing and clearly explaining what was going on as she went along. Agreed to fax the final report directly to the PC Physician. Thank you Dr. Vida! Whenever I need to have my eyes examined, or need a pair of beautiful glasses it is you I will be calling at Lens Crafters! P.C.

He's a little bit obnoxious, I found that to be rather unpleasant coming from my doctor. …

The doctor is a jewel, but her staff not so much. My mother went there at 9:45am and was supposed to have a prescription sent to the pharmacy. My daughter went to pick it up and it was never sent. I called the office and was on hold longer than I thought I should be, when someone picked up, I was greeted with attitude as if I did something wrong. Wait! I was on hold not you! I felt like I was bothering him. This guy does not need to be on the phone, I did not get his name, but he had a thick accent and was not so nice. Your staff can make or break you, remember that we have choices of where we want to go. The doctor needs to know that the person that answered the phone needs to be nicer. Customer service is everything!

Dr Ekelund took time out of his lunch to look at my eye, it was painful and I could not find anything in it. After examining it he gave me some eye drops and explained that whatever was in it had come out and did minimal damage. He didn't even charge me. Great guy, beautiful office, wonderful staff!
