I was extremely disappointed with the service at the Warby Parker location in Hingham, MA. During our Saturday visit, staff helped fix and set up my husband’s account. Because we had forgotten our FSA card, we specifically asked whether everything could be arranged so we could simply return the next day to pay. We also asked if we could complete the order online and were told no—we had to come back in person to pay. When we returned the next day, the experience quickly became frustrating. One staff member appeared unfamiliar with the system and then informed us that we were missing a measurement needed to complete the purchase. This was confusing and disappointing, considering we had made a point the day before of confirming that everything was ready and that all we would need to do was pay. When I asked whether this should have been addressed during our Saturday visit, another staff member responded in a very dismissive and abrupt manner, essentially implying that the previous mistake was not his concern. He turned away mid-conversation and ignored my question, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. No solution was even offered. What is interesting is that I went home and ordered product even thought I was told I couldn't and told I couldn't order because of a missing measurement.

He looks good professional on time not too much paperwork to fill out it was awesome.

Love this place! The staff is Great! Dr. Keene is a great doctor, he knows his stuff. However, I've requested he wash his hands before placing his hands in my face. Although, very polite, knowleable, etc he seems to sometimes ignore my hand washing request. Makes me very uncomfortable.

The staff was amazing and helpful! Dr Aldridge was great with special needs child getting him to respond and participate in the exam! Would definitely recommend Eyecare Max to anyone looking! Also they take state insurance and have great looking options for state pay glasses.

I would highly recommend this location for both your eye exams with Dr. Carrie and picking out the latest styles of eyewear with Sara. It’s been a few years (eh hem, 10) since I’ve consulted a professional for a proper frame and lens fitting and I walked away thrilled with the TWO pairs Sara helped me find. I’ve already recommended my grandfather and neighbors because the personalize experience was 100% worth it.

The quality of personnel, location, medical experience and outcome is amazing. The precision with which doctor Schoemaker and his staff performed my surgeries was astounding. I am driving, gardening, working on art and photography, without glasses for the first time since I was 5. could not be more grateful for a wonderful experience.. Thank you for a new sight beginning.

Eva! Luis aka Lulu , and the Dr that was in! (Didn’t catch name) your the real mvp! I came in asking about contact lens and they made me feel so comfortable! I can’t emphasize how awesome the staff there is! Truly appreciate you! Left with a set of contacts and loving it!!! I’ve come into this location numerous times for prescription glasses and more glasses and sunglasses and the team is mvp! But this go around was new to me and I’m super happy this team made me feel so dang comfy! Thank you!!!

Wait time for me appointment was practically non-existent and on time. Hard to find a place in Brooklyn where you don't have to wait over a half hour to get your eyes checked out. The optician is super friendly and makes the entire exam a breeze. Highly satisfied with my experience here.

Dr Tran is wonderful! We have continued to see her for years despite the fact that she is out of my insurance network and I end up paying more. She is worth it! Very knowledgeable and up to date. She and her staff are always happy and friendly. Especially great for kids.
