Dr. Neale called me back a couple weeks after my appointment just to let me know he had been thinking about my case and wanted to discuss an idea to help me see better. We had a great conversation which resulted in him referring me to another vision specialist who helped me to see better. I have never had an eye doctor call me and be concerned about my vision even though I have a complex history. I was extremely appreciative of Dr Neal's caring and his willingness to think creatively about complex problems. He also understood the full extent of everything I have been through. This interaction was very therapeutic. The office is small and well run and a bit around the bend to find. Another important thing I heard at this office is that the patient decides when to have cataract surgery. It further empowered my decision making and let me know I had finally found an eyecare provider that cares about its patients. Thank you Dr Neale and staff!

This place is fantastic! It was my first here. Great service and the staff is accommodating! Customer service and clean environment is important to me. They did a thorough exam and took their time explaining to me. I didn’t feel rushed. I really appreciate this experience! I highly recommend this place for your next eye care appointment!

The Doctor was very efficient. The assistant was very detailed. Both explained everything. The medical staff was excellent. The front reception staff was welcoming. No comment about the person dispensing the glasses, lenses and frames.

We have been going to Dr. Glusman for almost 18 years. As we have aged, he has treated our eyes for a variety of issues. As a doctor, he is thorough, professional, competent, and committed. He will answer questions! We don’t want to consider going elsewhere!!

The optometrists are fine. But, as others have noted, NVG's billing department is subpar when it comes to insurance coverage and customer service. NVG also charges a bit more for contacts and glasses than elsewhere.

This is the best eye doctor ever. Every time we come here they treat my family very well. Peter is an amazing person! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and outgoing. He was so welcoming to me and my kids. Honestly there isn’t enough nice things that I could say about Peter. He made the whole experience amazing! If you need glasses or an exam I suggest going to SVS vision in Wayne.

Alyssa helped me during my very first visit and made the whole experience so great (I couldn't stop telling my friends about the experience and their selections) and I'm looking forward to coming back soon to add more frames to my collection.
